Good quality

Good quality, fast delivery. Also, unlike other places I’ve tried, they adjust the paper format to the photo format and not cut edges of your photo. Very happy

I’m very happy with my order at CEWE

I’m very happy with my order at CEWE. I created calendars with their software. I’ve tried 2 other companies before, CEWE was easier and with a better result. I needed to contact their customer service, they helped me right away. The calendars arrived in good quality on time, a part even days before the estimated date.

Disappointed with new changes to CeWe

I have been using CeWe photobooks for years, but I am very disappointed with the new changes to CeWe which seem to make it more difficult to edit, zoom in and out, resize boxes etc and with a more limited selection of tools available to allow one to do the changes oneself. Too much change to a system that already worked well ??

I must say i have been pleasently…

I must say i have been pleasently surprised everytime i have placed An order with Cewe.the pictures That i have put together as gifts for friends and Family where A hit. The services en delivery where Very. Good. So Thank you for helping me to put my pictures into Words for my loved ones.

Great quality

Great quality. We got one canvas print from here, and one from photobox (where we got a discount). The difference was very noticeable - you get what you pay for.

And it is gone..

I feel really stupid, but uploaded all my pictures of my holiday. That was to much money so started to delete pictures, after that I placed the order. I only received a money transactions confirmation, but I did not receive any confirmation from Cewe. So I called them and they said it needs 10 days to unfreeze the order/transaction and send the money back. But my orders was lost. While I still could see the pictures in the gallery, but they could not put the order again and I can't select pictures from it. The service people where not able or allowed to do anything. So I was not happy that I spend hours deleting pictures and is was all for nothing.
They said that is was probably my internet connection or firewall that lost connection while I was putting the order and there solution was to start completly over. While all the pictures where in my Gallery. I know it is my mistake I should have made the selection first on my PC, but still I found this really weird that they could not do more.

Dear Chris, unfortunately an internet connection can be lost and the files cannot be received properly. That is force majeure and unfortunately we cannot do anything about it.
Indeed, we cannot and may not place an order from a customer because we have no files and this is not allowed in connection with the law on privacy.

As promised, you will receive the amount back into your account within approximately 10 working days.

Terrible app, friendly staff

Made a book through the app and I went through several difficult unsolvable issues. It frustrated me terribly. Emailed for days with the helpdesk and called to klantenservice. Friendly staff which do their best. At the end I received a book with a mistake and now have to order again but again the same problem in the app. I give up and never use this service again.

Not reliable service. Very disappointed.

The photobook as been submitted in the beginning of august delivery planned for the 10th.
As of now, the 19th, I didn't recieved any photobook.
I had one compliant wiht customer service, no real explanation, as of today I'm still waiting for the photo book.
For me the service seems not reliable. I didn't received any real information on the status of the book, very disappointed.

The photo album was simply beautiful, it was a very appreciated gift presented to my husband for Father’s Day.

The photo app could be updated a little bit but it does its job in the end..
