Pretty good but a little costly
My books came out pretty good. After I ordered them, delivery was fast. The colour pictures generally came out a little to "rich". Black and whites were better. Pricing was a little on the high side.

We regret that it takes some time to produce the pictures you ordered. Since production takes place in Germany, it takes some time to then send the package back to Sweden. This is also the reason why there is a shipping cost when you choose to pick up the package in one of our stores.

Good quality. Easy and nice result.
I wish it could be faster though. Maybe because I ordered during the Midsommar in Sweden it took 3 working days until I can pick it up.

My order was not completed
I got a confirmation that my order is ready to pick up but when I come to the shop only one photo was ready. 2h travelling for nothing.
And I still waiting for my order to be ready. After more than 10 open days.

Scaling pictures is a challenge
Scaling pictures is a challenge.The editor shows measurements of 20.5 or 20.4 by 27. Despite saving pictures in exactly that size, something is always cut off. Also when trying to size the picture manually, the size of the drag/drop frame jumps erratically at the end.
On a side note, ordered the same product at CEWE Switzerland.There the product was ready for shipping twice as fast....and was 20% cheaper.

Took over a week to print the files I uploaded via internet. Tried to call them for 3 days straight and no answer on the phone. I give them 2 stars since I did not yet pick the photos up and havent seen the quality.

Not the best...
The image came out a lot darker and in much less detail then the original. There was a added fee for shipping the product of about 25% of the cost of the product and I still had do travel 30min to the actual store to pick it up...
