Absolutely shocking customer service. Can’t speak to any one on the phone and no one bothers to respond to emails. I would be very careful when thinking about using this company.

Do not bother buying from here!
Ring twice and they blatantly lie about delivery dates. The clubs had not even been sent. Too ages to get in contact with them, they pretty much never answer phone or answer emails. Thankfully I use credit cards when purchasing items online for added protection! I had to report to my card company to get a refund. They are dealing with it now.

Conn men and I will be reporting to trading standards and money laundering company too.

I ordered a Motocaddy Cube via their eBay store on the 12th March, with expected delivery for the 14th. Having not had an update on the tracking by the Monday following, I called and was advised that the item wasn't in stock and was expected to be within a few days.
Not a huge problem, things like this happen and it isn't something I was in a rush for.

Forward on to today, 20th March. I've received a Motocaddy QB2 travel cover that appears by the amount of dirt inside it to be a return/used item, let alone incorrect.

Having spoken to a member of the team on the phone and being assured I'd receive a call back today to remedy the situation, I have followed up my call yet again having not been contacted to be told the relevant team are no longer in the office today and will "probably" contact me on Monday when they're back in the office.

No accountability, not really any consideration given to the issue or even an apology while I wait for yet another delay to resolve the issue.

Placed order. Never heard from them. Chased repeatedly but no reply. Will have to contact credit card company. Avoid.

24 days I waited for a PING Trolley Bag, and they know full well they don't hold the stock they have on the website.

I'm leaving this review so other golf enthusiasts don't make the mistake I did......Buy From Elsewhere

One of the worst retailers I have ever dealt with.
Argued about return of faulty item and took weeks to agree to accept return for refund.

Nearly didn't use this website based on recent reviews.
Decided to go with it as was the only place selling the club i wanted.
Order placed on a Friday, same day club got dispatched and golf club received on the Monday.
Couldn't fault it

I found the staff at CG Discount Golf extremely helpful. They have a great range of items and I needed to exchange an item which was handled brilliantly.

Contacted company to see if they had iron set in stock . Was reassured that they did indeed have physical stock . Ordered and paid 28 mins later. Recived email 3 days later to say they cant get one of the clubs in set from callaway and offered alternative .
Took 4 further emails and treat to contact my credit card company to get clubs involved to resolve . They lied about stock and messed me around in hopes of giving me alternative and keeping cash
Never once appogised for lies . Kept emails and screenshot to prove beyond any doubt that I am telling the whole truth . 0/10 will never use again. Any money I saved was not worth the effort or stress .

Made order for item I needed for next day delivery. On next day I received email from PayPal notifying me of refund. No email no call from CG Discount Golf. If they’d had decency to get in touch to tell me they couldn’t complete order then I could have ordered elsewhere to get item I needed in time. I will not order from them again simply because they do not consider customer service important.

Poor communication. No confirmation. Had to call them and they told me on the phone it was going out for delivery that afternoon and didn’t as they never even had it in stock. Asked for a refund which was agreed. Then the following day they emailed to say it was now on order with callaway. I demanded my refund by email again to which no response. I emailed again no response. Had to keep calling. Finally got my refund after so much hassle. Wouldn’t order off this crowd.

I ordered winter wheels on 14 Dec for Xmas present and guar delivery before Xmas and then got msg saying delayed and if it didn’t arrive by 24th can get a refund. Called them on 20th and was told I would get a call back - never happened and now 28 Dec. Still no communication of if it will ever arrive.
I then found numerous people in same situation.
Will never order from them again.

Ordered a titleist golf bag, before looking at the website reviews.

Was then sceptical ….however cannot fault my experience and fast delivery!

I ordered a taylormade qi35 driver on 18th December, it was advertised as an ex demo, £200 below list price. It has just arrived and it's brand new head is still wrapped in plastic never been hit. It didn't come with a torgue key, I called the shop, they are sending me one. Absolute first class service, well done CG

Saw a Taylor made tour x putter ex demo on offer at a good price so purchased, unknown to me so did my son the same day, Unfortunately they didn't have stock ,after a week's wait they sourced 2 new TM putters for both of us and honoured the price we paid which was £120 cheaper than brand new. You cannot get fairer than that even though they made us wait a while. So overall what we thought wasn't going to happen did ,so hats off to them .

Do not use this company even if you are saving a little bit less
Order a ping golf cart bag was supposed to be delivered on the Monday but still not received a week later
Not responding to emails or phone calls

Awful. Ordered a golf bag via Amazon, supposed to be 48hr delivery. 8 days later and being asked to wait an additional two days, just for a refund.
No replies to messages and nothing from courier when asked the question.
Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Waited 10 days so far for an item I ordered.

Told it would arrive within 2 days!!

Now a delivery date is unavailable and they are not answering their phone or responding to emails.

A terrible company to deal with.

Use Clubhouse Golf or Snainton Golf instead.

Absolutely shocking service ordered a pair of golf shoes for £50 plus, paid for a premium delivery next day if ordered before 12 pm. This was £10. I received no tracking for the order and when I called the shop, they said don’t worry it’s going to be sent out today. which was the afternoon Friday/ evening. I ordered them Thursday morning 8 am. When the shoes arrived, the box was absolutely destroyed. The shoes were already tied so someone had had them before and also the soul inside the left shoe had a big lump in it and also both logos on the front of the shoes were not symmetrical. When I asked for a refund, they only refunded me for the shoes not the delivery. I’m still chasing 9.99 worth the delivery. I ended up calling the shop three or four times. I got promised people would email me back and no one did until I actually wanted a refund, and then they still couldn’t get that right. Terrible product, terrible customer service don’t buy from here.

Bought a used 2025 Powakaddy fx5 golf trolley from this company, and had a small issue with it. I wrote them one day, got a reply the next. For 2 days they corresponded with me, and gave great customer service. Dealt with my issue promptly and absolutely to my satisfaction.
I couldn't be happier with their service AND their prices.
