Phanos did a stellar job helping us get housing on a short time frame. As new renters coming from the US he did his absolute best to get us into a flat without having to pay 6 months of rent up front. He personally reached out to the landlord to work out a rent scheme for us since we have no UK credit. We can't thank him and the Charles Henry Peppiatt team for being so helpful and kind.

CHP were my first housing agent since moving to London, and despite all the scary stories I had heard before moving to the city about dodgy landlords and renting, they proved to be far from what I expected.

They have been prompt with fixing any issues we had with the house and our housing manager, Karen, was always extremely helpful and quick to book in any repairs and offer friendly advice for managing the house when we needed it.

Would reccomend them to anyone looking for a stable relationship with their housing agent and landlord.

I bought a flat from CH Peppiatt through Dino Mustafa.
Dino was extremely helpful and managed to navigate the differences between me and the vendor very smoothly.
He made sure that the transaction was on track by keeping in touch with both the solicitors.

We’re do I start, looking for a property is by far one of the most stressful things a person can willing do. After dealing with so many unprofessional, not educated on their job, and just plain lazy estate agents we finally where graced with Dino! Great team! I placed a request to view a property through rightmove and Dino responded very quickly and lined up the viewing, though the initial property didn't suit, he managed to find other properties that matched my criteria. Charles Henry Peppiatt were extremely helpful from start to finish. A couple issues within the chain came up however Phanos manage to save my purchase as well as the property I was selling. He was extremely responsive and helped me get my dream home!! Without him being the person in the middle pushing both sides I don’t believe it would’ve gone through, so very lucky to have had him and would highly recommend to anyone selling!!
