I ordered two Planetary 500 grams coffee canisters, the ordered was processed quite fast and the package was sent from their location In France to East Europe Romania and it took just 4 days to reach me. Local postal office had no issues in delivering as the address was written in full and had all of the necessary details for contact. Pricing was great and a lot cheaper than websites that hold this product most, I found website is easy to browse. Very happy with them and I will purchase again .

Problem with delivery company, but Chacunsoncafe was very helpful.
As ususal when back in France I order my ESE pods. As I did already run of them I paid for the more expensive delivery by GLS in 48 hours if orderd before Midday. As this was Monday morning I expected the delivery sometimes on Wednesday. The tracking showed that the delivery will happen on Thursday. But when the parcel did not arrive I checked the tracking at GLS' website. They said the parcel could not be delivered (without any explanation) and would be delivered the next working day. Friday same story. I contacted chacunsoncafe through the website and received confirmation of my message. Nothing happens. GLS continues with the same stund Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday. I ring chacunsoncafe to be told that I have to send them an email. Phone complaint does not worlk. Sent email right away. Now I get a reply asking me to confirm the address and send a mobile number (which of course was already on the delivery address). Next day I hear back and am told that GLS will deliver the parcel on Friday and I will get the costs for GLS deducted from my next order. Friday nothing delivered and GLS does not bother. Who knows what will happen on Monday, but I am out of coffee for two weeks (as you can not by ESE pods in the supermarket anymore).
So my adives is: never pay for GLS if you live in a small village as GLS simly does not care!
Then Chacunsoncafe replied and sent a coupon code for the GLS fee of 10 Euros for my next order. They contacted GLS again on Monday and finally parcel got delivered on Tuesday, thats 15 days after order.
