bad experience
I bought several items on December 30, 2021, and to date I have not received them yet (February 10, 2022). Terrible experience with their logistics operator FedEx, with whom I contacted and they tell me that the tracking codes that they themselves provided me by email are not correct and they tell me that the sender (CRC) must provide me with the correct 12-digit tracking number. I consider CRC the best purchase option, and I had in mind to buy more items, but with this experience, it is unlikely that I will do so and recommend. I am sorry for what is happening, because how can you see, I have purchased some items before and I have not had this type of inconvenience. I just want to receive my order, thanks
