I am incredibly disappointed in my purchase and overall response from Chairish. I bought a couch that said “suede style” in the listing, but in the actual materials description was listed as suede ONLY. I felt that justified the high price of the couch. I even asked for more pics, but you can’t tell in the pictures. Upon delivery it’s a scratchy upholstery not even close to suede. I complained to Chairish that I felt that was deceptive marketing and they offered me a ridiculous $100 towards ANOTHER purchase- not even a refund. Buyer beware- you have to pay for return shipping. I will never buy on Chairish again.

The lithograph was very attractive and well packed. It arrived quickly and in great shape. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

This table was not the same table presented in the photos. Sadly our had broken boards and cracks. Not worth the value at all.

Products are accurately described. Sellers effectively wrap and ship their products in a timely fashion. Charish has an efficient mechanism for questions of the sellers. The process works very well for me. Thank you.

It’s really easy. You decide what you’ll pay, offer and it’s either accepted or rejected. Timely delivery and so far, exactly what was described.

It's a terrible terrible company. I recently purchased a vintage rug and upon receiving it, it became immediately clear that the item did not match the images provided online.

The rug was presented and described as having a cream-colored base; however, the actual color is distinctly yellow. Additionally, the vibrant tones shown in the listing appear significantly faded in reality. The customer service worked on so hard for not helping me. It took 10 days to refuse to pay for the shipping although the pictures for the item was taken under the studio lights (that's what they said), whereas I bought it to use under the natural light.
It's definitely a scam company! never, ever shop from them.
