Quick response & very helpful with my tracking from USPS as I thought it was lost but Chalkline investigated immediately & problem solved! They are the best!

I bought a satin jacket on sale as a Christmas present for my nephew but needed to exchange it for a larger size. Instead of sending me the larger size they issued a refund. I went back to the site to order it again but now it’s $40 more! Talk about unethical business practices! I won’t be purchasing from them again. I guarantee they issued the refund knowing the price was increasing.

I had bought one of their awesome jackets for a family member around Christmas. Unfortunately, the jacket didn't fit and I needed a exchange. I literally messaged them on Christmas Day requesting a return label and an exchange and they replied that same day with a return label attachment and they even wished me a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I didn't expect that quality level of service especially on a holiday. I'm not saying that's the norm, but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless. They received my return and promptly exchanged it for the right size and sent me an email with the new order number and an additional email explaining that my exchange has been processed. This is a very efficient company with a kind, personal touch. I would definitely shop from them again!

Chalk-Line has always brought styles to the table I wish i seen, their powers rangers line their wwe line, their marvel line how can you look at these clothing items and not say masterpiece? They also have one of the best customer services out there, the jackets always fit me well but more so the quality is beyond the asking price, shoutout to CL and continue bringing more of these flavors to the table i get compliments everytime i wear one of their outfits!

Ordered an outfit and returned it within the 30-day timeframe. Was informed that they couldn't offer an exchange or a refund but assured me of store credits. However, in recent email correspondence, they offered a discount instead of the initially promised store credits. They have kept BOTH my money and the returned item, so it’s good business for them. They won’t respond to my emails anymore. Very disappointed.

You want me to leak the whole email conversation? I ordered AND returned the item in 2020 DURING the 30 day return period. I did everything according to YOUR guidelines and you have since failed to either offer an exchange, refund OR give me store credits (as you originally offered). What I have contacted you recently about is why I’ve never received any of those mentioned options? And you didn’t even bother to answer. So keep going, as I have no problem exposing everything in detail.

I’ve ordered from this company quite a few times and the service is impeccable as well as the quality of the clothing. And they’re always releasing new stuff that just rules. I’ve only had one issue with delivery and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. A++

Ordered the venom shorts. Had an issue with pricing. Emailed customer service and issue was resolved immediately. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Will definitely be ordering more items from chalk-line in the future.

Awesome raw is war jacket but there's no size guide and they say it fits true to size, which it does but if you're in between sizes id go for the larger size. I got a size large and it fits rather snug almost like a shirt so I'd need an XL.

First of all I couldn’t believe the quality of the product…not only did it look better than the pictures but it was sturdily constructed…I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I contacted Chalk Line about exchanging it for the proper size and they were more than helpful…they just gained a lifelong customer…

In order to get a refund with this company you have to write a review.
So i wrote a 5star review just to receive my $95 refund. You also have to screen shot it and send so they can verify.
I think its bad for a company to demand a good review inorder to get a price discrepancy refund.
I will not order from them again.

Chalk Line has fast customer service. Asked for support and was contacted back within the hour, on a holiday too. I am very impressed! I am looking forward to shopping with them again soon. They have rare and unique styles. So glad I found this brand!

Chalk line has great communication and was great to work with the get some unique gear for the 49ers game I’m attending. I will be buying from them again!

I’m so glad I found out about this brand, the fact I can order gear that ranges from cartoons, comics to wrestling which has been attached to me since my childhood is amazing!, I’m a huge wrestling fan, so now I definitely have new gear to wear to every wrestling event I attend!

This was my first time ordering from Chalk Line, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I had absolutely fallen in love with one of their Eagles jackets--even though it's technically a men's jacket, and I'm a woman. I had originally gotten a Large, but it was too small. I'll be going to an Eagles game in December, so I want to wear layers underneath the jacket. So I exchanged it for a 2XL instead. The exchange process was very easy, and the communication between Chalk Line and myself was perfect. They were kind and efficient. Delivery was fast as well. I would definitely order from them again.

The jacket itself is an absolute dream. I got it in Kelly Green, and I'm obsessed. Great quality as well. I'm so happy with my purchase.

If I were to wear this jacket without layers underneath, I would probably size up. It could be the style of the jacket, but I felt it runs small. I don't like this style to be form fitting, so sizing up was a must.

Overall, I'm beyond happy with my whole experience.

Style, selection, and quality, Chalk- Line goes big with all! I have everything from shoes, to anorak jackets, to jerseys, to denim jackets and no matter what I purchase, I always end up satisfied. The colors, detail and quality are unmatched where most times I wear merch from them I end up getting compliments and the "where did it get that!?" question asked. Now with their Marvel and NFL partnership the biggest problem will now be finding space for the new additions! Go check them out, you won't be disappointed!

I was never a jacket guy until Chalk-Line decided to bring back the good ol days with the release of their adult size TMNT Fanimation jacket. After that, jackets galore that bring happiness to my nostalgic heart!

Jackets are of great quality. And if you're not into jackets, they have the best mesh shorts on the market. Shorts hold up well after washing multiple times, designs look fresh as taking them out of the packaging. Top tier packaging at that.

They also dabble with basketball jerseys, hockey jerseys, & sometimes, football jerseys! They are also entering the hoodie game with some amazing all over designs. And hats. Oh, and waist packs are becoming a thing! They have something for everyone with new fandoms entering the mix all the time! Officially Licensed.

I can go on for days on how amazing Chalk-Line is, and that includes the customer service! The only downside to this company is, when you wear their gear, expect people to talk to you more! Ha.

Chalk-line is literally my favorite company. They are the makers of all of my favorite articles of clothing. I am addicted to the nostalgia that they release on a regular basis. Every time I wear Chalk-line it puts me in an amazing mood. Not only do I think I look cool as hell but people ALWAYS compliment my outfits. My girlfriend gets so jealous too because she spends hours getting ready yet every time we go out, I’ll get a dozen plus compliments on my fit. Excellent conversation starters too because people are always asking me where I got my shorts or jacket from. That’s how I can tell their designs really resonate with people because strangers are constantly telling me how that was their favorite cartoon, movie, videogame or wrestler when they were younger. I’ve been buying from them for 4+ years now and have never once had a bad experience. Their shipping is super quick, excellent quality clothes, top tier customer service and even their packaging is great, my gf always steals the bags haha They are so interactive on their social media too and seem like the nicest people. Any time I have a question, they help me in whatever way they can, plus they always repost my instagram stories which I think is really nice too. I know this is just my opinion but I can honestly say they are my favorite brand and I wish I would have known about them sooner because I missed some awesome drops! Also, please don’t tell my girlfriend I bought more Chalk-line…..
