Found this amazing company when searching online for something different to display cupcakes for my sons woodland themed wedding in May.
It originally stated these crates in white or dark brown but I thought the sage green would look better for my display.
I rang the company and spoke to Ellie who was so pleasant and accommodating. She instantly said it would be no problem to do these in my requested colour.
The crates arrived very quickly following my telephone call.
They were much stronger than I thought they would be and heavy too making them very stable for the table arrangement.
Looking so forward to seeing these in situ with the carrot cupcakes displayed. I did a little test run working out they will hold 45 using the top, middle and bottom shelving so two will be perfect.
I'm going to attach faux ivy and led lights entwined to complete my display.

What a great impressive customer experience. Purchased a new menu board online. Service was brilliant. Tom and Richard were both really helpful when I made a few changes. Great communication and prompt delivery. Product is good quality. What's not to like! I would highly recommend Chalkboards UK.

Ordered a hanging chalkboard ,delivered with very slight damage, contacted the company and they could not have been more helpful .I received a replacement within 24 hours .Ellie in customer service was very apologetic and polite.As a buisness owner myself customer service is very important to me.
The chalboard is perfect ,exactly what I needed.
Would recommend this company 100%.

Low quality surface only treated frame. Board sitting loose in frame. Supplied with two weak/small brass hanging fittings. Not suitable for outdoor use at all.
Customer service not interested when informed.
Board is flimsy mdf.
Wouldn’t buy again.
