Good service all round
Placed an order for feather edge boards that were out of stock. Had an email back offering an in stock option for the same price as my original order.

Staff are always helpful here
Staff are always helpful here. They take time to find a solution to your partuclar problem, helping the amateur like me to fix his fence. I've been using them for years, Downside included, and know where to go when I have to sort out a fence problem at home. In this case, having some loose larchlap boards to let me repair a fence panel.

Even got a refund!
Ordered online and discovered when I went to pick up the fence post I had ordered the wrong size. This was quickly dealt with and a refund given on the spot. Very helpful staff and was able to quickly pick up the various products I had ordered in their yard. Excellent service.

Maidstone Order
My order was placed at the Maidstone branch, as previous orders, staff were very helpful and gave advice. Delivery was arranged over the phone to suit us both. The driver (I believe was Ann) was extremely helpful in unloading exactly where I asked.
