I purchased 2 pairs of shoes, and both pairs did not fit me. But I sent both of them back and they sent me two new pairs that fit perfectly. The customer service was excellent and the process was very thorough and easy.

I never received my order. I understand the delivery service, UniUni, that you used to deliver my parcel was supposed to conduct an investigation into why I never received my package. I'm very disappointed and will continue to look into why I never received my package.

I could never have imagined such a quality
I could never have imagined that by buying shoes online today, I would be able to get the services of a real old-fashioned shoemaker who could customise shoes in the colour I wanted, which wasn't even in the catalogue.
