Had an embroidered top which we needed to return. My son was told by email that we could return it and get a credit note (which I didn’t particularly want but he needed to get waterproofs so I thought I may as well get them from there). When I got to the shop the rather rude person who served me said they would not do anything about the top as it was their “end of season” and they would not be able to resell it. I didn’t have a copy of the email so couldn’t show her and I don’t think she cared anyway as there was no apology, nothing. I live quite far away so, as well as losing the money for the top, I also spent a fair amount in petrol to get there. Never again!

Gina and the team were very patient whilst i went back and forth with changes on logos and sizing. We ordered a range of workwear for our employees, and all are fantastic quality and great price. Highly recommend.

I wanted a few printed polo shirts for an event I was running over Christmas. Despite me putting my order in late they got them to me within a few days, will be likely ordering again this year.
