We started looking at houses to rent after being given a year to move, lily showed us our first potential home, and was very understanding when we decided it wasn't for us, she was easily contactable & really knowledgeable about each home.
The process was quick and easy and lily made it all simple for us and was always on hand when needed! We are very grateful to lily and chancellors for making this an easy and enjoyable experience for us!

The properties we viewed were all good and the options to choose from also came in handy. Lillie was very patient with us during the viewing and reassuring especially after so many unsuccessful attempts with other letting agencies. She was in constant communication with us either via phone call or email to enquire of our ideal property, suggested available properties we may be interested to view and eventually we finalized on one. With the other processes like the paperwork which was new to us, she explained all that we needed to know and provide to ensure a smooth process. The whole process was quite complicated for us but we had fantastic assistance from Lillie and we are very grateful for her support.

We were first time buyers who chose a property because it was advertised as no chain. We were promised a speedy move and meant to be moved in on 19th January but the dates kept being pushed back over and over again but they could never tell us why. We had to continually chase to get the slightest tiny bit of information when we finally found out there was actually a massive chain. We would be given a moving date so pack and arrange time off with work and then 2 or 3 days beforehand be told it wasn't happening. This happened roughly 5 times and it was over 2 months late when we eventually got the keys. Draining experience and when I spoke to my sister she said she had a similar experience when she moved a year previously.

I felt from the beginning that Grace and the team at Chancellors were honest and on the ball. From day one they delivered the viewings that they promised and we got offers within a few weeks. The price we agreed was better than I thought and importantly they were all on the ball to ensure completion and exchange.

I could have chosen so many other agents but I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Sophie was well informed abouyt all the properties I viewed with her. She was helpful and kept me updated. She was knowledgable about Aylesbury and the areas we visited.

He was always able to find out the answers to my questions (and listen patiently to my rants!) Polite, upbeat and very professional. He kept me sane when I thought it was all going to fall apart!
