I’ve been communicating with Jamie Woodman regarding my maintenance and she is nothing but professional and incredibly helpful! All communication both over the phone and email are incredibly clear and professional!

Georgie from the renewals team was incredibly patient in addressing every question and consistently kept us updated on the progress, following up along the way. It really helped us feel well-informed and comfortable as we moved toward finalising the renewal, with a clear understanding of the terms and conditions.

We are considering Letting our property, we would be First time landlords. We found Jennifer very efficient and informative with the process going forward. She helped with all the actions that have to be taken swiftly, and the experience has not been at all stressful.

Very quick response to questions. Friendly and competent answers to questions.

Franki has been quick, thoughtful and practical whenever we needed help -- and when we didn't know we needed it. She does credit to herself and to Chancellors.

Chancellors have been average in the dealings we've had, but the one person that has been exceptional, is Shana Tolsma, who is the senior property manager, who has looked after any issues with our property whilst we have been letting. She has always been very attentive and prompt in responding to issues and always with a positive attitude.

Grace Betts is a a super property manager. She's calm, proactive, and very competent. She also picks up the phone! And she gets things fixed the very same day: which is completely exceptional, in our experience. We had several snarl-ups with our buy to let and Grace has sorted them all out. It's great to feel our property is being managed by such very safe hands.

Amy Jones did a brilliant job to help me re-sign my tenancy agreement. She was always quick to reply, answered any queries and made the process extremely smooth. From start to finish the process was smooth sailing.

I have been dealing with Chancellors for a number of years for my rental property. Jake, the tenancy manager, has been a more recent member of the team and has been excellent and very responsive to my queries and also providing updates on my property.

Will Jones is a diligent property manager at Chancellors who is always courteous and attends to any issues in a very professional manner.

We had a great experience with Chancellors. Specifically Kiera was excellent, she is very knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted. Kiera was always reachable and helped make a stressful period much smoother.

Great experience so far with chancellors, Enzo showed us round the property initially and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area as we were not from around the area. Our next viewing was with Demi and again she was fantastic, especially getting us in last minute for a viewing the same day. I have also been dealing with Demi on the purchase of our new property and she has been very professional throughout. Very happy with our experience so far.

Jodie was very professional and enthusiastic during our viewing. Which was appreciated by myself and my wife , we subsequently made an offer on the property in question

I would like to thank Enzo for all the hard work on the sell on of my parents bungalow. Great on communication on phone calls and emails . Enzo is great credit to the company chancellors. Can't thank him enough 5 stars 🤩.

I have been dealing with Enzo for over a month now and I have to say his attention to detail and enthusiasm for the job is quite refreshing, a real credit to the company and I expect to do many transactions with him in the future.
