As a landlady, *the* most important thing is a safe pair of hands with your lettings agent - that you trust them to find a good solid tenant, that will not only bring you the right rental, but above all will look after your property like their own home. Jarek goes above and beyond that: he is communicative, empathetic to needs, very thorough, and incredibly reassuring. Justin Shulman, Sales manager of the Hampstead Branch, looked after our flat sale. Justin is a perfect example of an excellent estate agent: knowledgeable, sensible, caring and efficient.
The head office support from Chancellor's was poor and the staff are more intent on selling legal services that aiding our sale. I had to ask them not to contact me again.
The five stars are awarded as a result of Justin's excellent customer focused service which more than made up for the time waster calls from head office.

Had an appointment with Rachel to view a flat that I am buying. She turned up 20 min later. Didn't have my contact details and with the wrong set of keys.

No senior colleagues answered their phone....
