My experience with chancellor's overall hasn't always been the best, however certain members on their team do excellently at their jobs to ensure tenant satisfaction and care.

Steven Stark for example has been a great help throughout my last tenancy with chancellor's and has always ensured that if there was an issue with the property, it be fixed.

A few other team members that I've spoken to have always been friendly, bubbly and have provided excellent customer service. Wether it be sorting out an issue with rent or hearing other queries, they have always done so pleasantly and professionally.

Informative, courteous, friendly and efficient staff.
I'd definitely recommend Chancellors to friends and family.

I found all the staffs helpful and co-operative. Always supportive. Best thing about Chancellors is, taking care for costumers.

Our estate agent Lowri Pendry was really helpful, friendly and informative. She answered every question we asked and made the house viewing very welcoming. Lowri made sure to make herself available for any further questions and queries we had about the viewing. I would 100% recommend chancellors.

I recently sold a property through Chancellor’s Llandrindod Wells and honestly Carys Price could not have been more helpful when I needed help. She was an absolute star I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We have been looking for our next home for a while and we contacted Carys at Chancellors a couple of weeks ago. She has made our experience a delight. Carys has also put a few other local properties forward as our ideal home already had a couple of offers on the table. She didn't try to blag her way through things and always advised us when she wasn't able to answer straight away. She has been very helpful so far and I hope the email I just sent secures us our next family home after 30 years in our current one.

Everyone has been kind and not minded my multitude of daft questions. Buying ( and selling ) a house is stressful and having the backing of good staff at the agents has helped me considerably. We spoke to Carys for a viewing on a property. She was AMAZING! So friendly and happy on the phone. For the last few months My husband and Myself have been desperately searching for a property to relocate to. Most agents have been grumpy on the phones and short on viewings. Some have been damn right rude!

Carys was open, friendly, knowledgeable and gave us specific details, not vague ones about the area, schools, young Farmers clubs the lot!

Maria Davies was invaluable to the whole experience and went beyond my exoectations in terms of support and advice. She was truly a valuable link between agents and solicitors and assisted in kerping the process moving.

My whole experience with chancellors has been excellent. Although Chancellors had been recommended me by a friend, I wanted to get 3 quotes from estate agents to compare for myself. It was Natasha's genuine enthusiasm for the property, and clearly for her job too, that made me choose Chancellors. Rhodri from the Llandrindod office also went the extra, keeping us informed initially and showing people around. And Maria has been superb. Again, she has really gone the extra mile in keeping me informed, reassuring me and keeping everything moving. She has been friendly, professional, and tireless in her quest to see us through to completion. I felt from her that nothing was too much trouble, and that I could rely on her to sort out any problems if and when they arose. I have also been very impressed with the way Tanja has kept us informed, again going the extra mile with phone calls and emails at every step along the way.
The service I have had from Chancellors has been excellent from beginning to end, and I would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them.

Carys was fab before and during our visit, what a breath of fresh air! We toured the area and viewed 4 properties, it was clear that Carys had a really good report with the vendors too and she shared lots of helpful knowledge about the area in general. It was encouraging that she was so positive as we are moving 7 hours away from our current location and it put us at ease. I purchased my house in Wales in April 2024 with Chancellors. I am very impressed with how Chancellors dealt with my purchase. Right from day one they communicated with me on every step of the way. Don’t touch this company!!!
My mum used the Llandrindod branch and it was the most awful experience. The head office bombard you with phone calls and emails asking for money, they don’t market your property and the estate agent doesn’t turn up for viewings! On the rare occasions you do get viewings you conduct them yourself. We were selling our house at the same time with a different agent and we had a great experience.
Even though I told them to deal with me because they were scaring my mum with all the emails and phone calls they completely ignored me 😡
You never get to talk to the same person, they call you from numerous different offices and that was what was confusing my mum.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour, no customer service and just a joke!!!

She has been beyond being helpful in a very long and difficult time. She has been professional informative extremely supportive through out the last year.
