Excellent customer service and a fantastic mirror! I will definitely purchase from here again

Very pleased with the the mirror. The design is a real conversation starter. Unfortunately had a problem with the first mirror that was sent but C&M customer service was excellent. Very helpful and supportive and they organised a replacement straight away. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

I ordered a mirror from Chandeliers & Mirrors, ordering via the Internet (late at night). The very next day I received a phone call informing me that it was out of stock but were expecting some in, in a couple of days, once in and checked they would call me to arrange delivery. They were true to their word. All in all a great experience. Great communication, Packed brilliantly, and Delivered on time. I will certainly buy from this company again.

Was happy with delivery time and packaging , but when the mirror came it looked cheap and totally the wrong colour . White or even antique white , was what I ordered , it came a horrible creamy yellow colour , it would have cost me a great deal to return it so I didn't bother , I'm waiting for my husband to spray it .

Quick delivery after a phone call to agree delivery date, very professional and the mirror looks good. My only gripe was the mirror had nylon ties attaching it to the back of the cardboard box so I could not pull it out. Should be some warning sticker on the outside of the packaging to let you know about this.

Excellent service from this company. My order was dealt with in a prompt and courteous fashion. The item had to be ordered in but I was notified of the times and the mirror was delivered by express delivery.
I love the mirror and was not able to find anything comparable in stores.

I recently purchased a table lamp from this company. This was a speedy problem free transaction. The lamp was delivered by Royal Mail. It was impressively packaged and hence arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
