**Warning to other holiday-let hosts considering Changeover Cleaners / Manage My Clean**
I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to proceed with extreme caution.
I paid £3,100 upfront for 20 holiday-let changeover cleans. The first clean took place late, after my incoming guests had already checked in, and a later booked clean was not attended at all.
When I cancelled, I requested my refund and the return of my linen and towels, which had been removed for laundering. Communication has been terrible and, for long periods, effectively non-existent. Despite repeated chasers and assurances, my property has not been returned.
I have now had to pursue the refund through my bank and report the non-return of my property to the police. This has caused significant stress, disruption to guests and my holiday-let business, and additional expense replacing essential linen.
This is my personal experience, but I would not use this company again and would not recommend paying them substantial sums in advance.
