AVOID THESE COWBOYS AGENTS

At the beginning of 2017 I started to rent my flat through channel-estates, from March onwards the tenants stopped paying rent.
I asked channel estates to investigate and find out why my rent had been stopped, every week was a new excuse
He’s gone back home, cheque in post, admin error, benefits stopped, his wife is giving birth, family member died.
Finally I went to my flat and tenant refused to let me in, he reported that he told channel estates that he’s not paying as he’s building a house back home, and judging by how many people were coming in and out the flat I think he’s subletting it, I reported this to channel estates to told to get a solicitor and issued them section 21 notice.
These guys are cowboys they will promise you everything but now refusing to help, I am now struggling to pay my mortgage and have fallen behind.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
