After buying Christmas Cards from this company I found an issue with the delivery dates (All down to Royal Mail unfortunately). On advising the company, they were very prompt, efficient and courteous in rectifying the problem. The cards I received were of the highest quality and very reasonably priced. I can assure you I will be back with further orders and thank you so, so much for all your help!

I was surprised by the high quality of the cards and ribbon on arrival. The free delivery is a really good touch to keep this company competitive and meant I returned without hesitation to order more cards for another occasion.

They were great - we wanted the invited on alternative card to that on the website - emailed and no gproblem - received a sample as we wished- then they found a typo on the order and aligned some additional text - all in all a very professional and prompt service

Last minute panic as we decided to host a party for my newly married daughter but forgot about sending invites out! Luckily I came across Chapter One Press and ordered some invites some with printed names and others left blank to be filled in later. WOW ! they arrived within a couple of days to my surprise and are gorgeous! My daughter loved them too. They are fabulous we got the one with the ribbon. The ribbon was a gorgeous Navy blue high quality. Everything was perfect honestly don't bother to look anywhere else these people are the real deal and their customer service is fantastic. Can't wait to use them again!

Perfect. Quality card and print, lovely design. Ribbon very high quality and British made. Arrived very quickly and carefully packaged. Excellent customer service, I emailed a number of times with various queries, all of which were responded to quickly and helpfully, even sending me a link to reasonably priced scissors they recommended to trim the ribbon. So helpful. Love the invites. And good value.

High quality wedding invitations, excellent customer service and prompt delivery. I am very happy!

We only wanted a small number of invitations, wanted minimal stress and had quite a tight budget. These invitations are excellent quality and, importantly, so are the envelopes. They were very reasonably priced and delivery was quick and well packaged. I hadn't realised I would have to tie the ribbons on myself and not being especially good at these things I had to sit on my own for an hour to tie twenty. If you have more you may want to consider getting your bridesmaids to help. Even so, once I figured it out (you would be surprised how difficult I found it to tie a neat, attractive bow), the invitations looked fabulous and I have had several compliments. They are simple yet elegant and I am very pleased with them.

I didn't put capital letters on my .wedding cards I choice I got an email telling me this so when I got my invitations deliverd they were perfect thank you can't wait to give them out

I tried many sites before I came across this one. The template for detail /word insertion is excellent and easy to use. My invitations arrived within a week and were packaged beautifully. The invitations themselves are fantastic, even better than expected, I am 100% pleased. Thank you chapter one press.
