Waste of time and money.
We were so excited to see the charging station at our accommodation in Lofoton Islands. We thought it would be so convenient to charge our rental. However we had multiple problems. The only way to initiate charging was to install the app. Even with the app setup for charging is cumbersome. When the charging process started, we quickly reached $15 (about Nok 150), but the car only increased in charge from 56% to 63%. We are new to EV use. But our previous car rental in Western Norway only cost about $7 (Nok 70 approximately). After ruling out user error, I can say these Charger and app are very problematic and could cost users a lot of money for very little charge. I tried to call the company and was placed in long queue. I have emailed as well, but have not received any response.
