I wouldnt use these again, I had an ev charger booked to be Installed and the fitted showed up at the end of the day without a charger so couldnt complete the installation, then I had to book in another day to complete the installation the following week and I waited in all day for the fitter to not even turn up, and now I have to wait another two weeks for the next available day for him. Fingers crossed he shows up next time but im not holding my breath. I am going to get solar panels Installed next year and after the hassle I have had with my ev charger I definitely would not use this company.

Simon arrived on time and as schedule, he was professional and explained the process of the installation. He kept me updated during the installation process and explained to me in detail every question I asked. After the installation he tested the charger which worked perfectly and he explained how the charger works for me. He was clean and tidy during and after the installation

2nd installation with ChargedEV. David was great. Arrived on time and completed the job without any issues.

Be careful with any Installation from ChargedEV, they have yet to respond to any of my queries regarding my installation and have not yet issued any certificates for my installation. They have not returned phone calls or emails in recent weeks.

I will be reporting them to the regulator.
It is a requirement to issue certificates within 10 days of installation. Mine is over a month.

Paid £1000 to Scottish Power for a residential EV charger. Pre-installation correspondence ran smoothly. Installation date of 15th April was confirmed on 11th March. We bought a plugin hybrid and took delivery a week before the install. As with other reviewers, received a text a few days beforehand cancelling the installation as the engineer left without giving notice. The next available date offered in 26th May - 6 weeks later. So I am now paying more for petrol in an energy crisis or having to find an on street charger and waiting at least 2 hours for a full charge at a higher rate. Complaints response is slow and designed to avoid taking responsibility. Offered a measly £30 good will gesture as if they were doing me a favour. Seems these tactics are quite common for this company. Avoid if you can - I can't as it is a subcontractor of Scottish Power who I have the contract with

Younes was really friendly, and explained everything he was doing. I was shown the app, and assisted with login, etc. Tidy installation with no waste materials left behind. Very happy.

EV charge point installed at my home on behalf of Scottish Power. Installer provided a professional service keeping me informed throughout the installation. He was very courteous and friendly a credit to his company.
