Diane at the lodge in Burbage has been amazing. Any questions we have she does not hesitate to help us. Diane has gone above and beyond for us. She is such a lovely lady and we cant wait to complete our house with her support.

Kayleigh our advisor has been super helpful and patient with us, as we decided to part exchange last minute. She has been extremely informative guiding us through the process.

Both Sophie and Phil were attentive to our thoughts and questions, and were, without exception able to provide answers with clarity which informed our decision to purchase. They treated both Cath and I as bespoke and individual customers and didn't push or provide generic information which may not have been as helpful. Thank you both.

Diane, Joss and the rest of the site team have been amazing and are always so accommodating.

Joss has worked quickly through our snagging list and nothing seems like too much trouble. He is always available to discuss anything necessary and is so professional and efficient.

On top of that, every tradesman/ contractor that we have encountered so far has been really lovely and done a great job.

The process of buying our new house and the aftercare received have been brilliant and we very much recommend buying a new home from Charles Church.

Our moving day was seamless, we was greeted by Shelley with our keys, 😃😃

Our move started with Caroline, who was absolutely fantastic in choosing our new home, getting our plot, our choices and ultimately fighting weekly help us keep our home chain through 3 chain breaks, we look at our home now, and think it's a holiday home, and we need to give it back, but we don't, a view to savour forever,
So to Caroline, Shelley, Dan, Viv, Jacob, Terry, Davidsons Law, many others on the
Forest view plot, thankyou, you were all amazing.

We cannot thankyou enough, as we enjoy our coffee with an amazing view.

We are in the process of buying a Charles Church house and the whole experience couldn’t have been better. As first time buyers, we were nervous about the process but Kerry was the most amazing Sales Executive! She kept us in the loop the whole way, was always so friendly and welcoming and made us feel supported and super at ease. We can’t thank Kerry enough for helping us get our dream home.

Everything so far has been really clear and the guys at Dunchurch fields have been super helpful.

Great and friendly customer service. Lovely little touches like the welcome box and also the bag with all the instructions for the appliances.

This is a review of the sales office at Templegate which I visited today.
The signage to the sales office was great with adequate parking and the site was nice and tidy.
Kerry in the sales office was wonderful. Very welcoming and hugely enthusiastic about her job and the company and moreover the homes she is selling.
We had a quick tour around the site and looked in the house that I was interested in as well as viewing another one from the outside that was still under construction.
I cannot fault my first experience with Kerry and Charles Church and I’m sure this won’t be my final interaction with them!

Alan Foreman arrived at our property as usual full of enthusiasm and a smile, he quickly identified the job we had requested to be completed and after a brief explanation of how and how long he would carry out the work he set to work.
Alan is first class in his work and once again today we were more than pleased with the completed job.
Alan sticks to his plan, gives further advice to help us and recommend him to others on our new Housing estate.

We have had a great experience so far with the team at the St. Michael’s Way site in Ryhope. The entire site team is responsive and professional. Special thanks to Chris Alexander for his fantastic oversight and for making sure all our queries are handled as soon as possible.

Friendly, and did a good repair

Chris went above and beyond to rectify a fault and even went the extra mile to replace something he spotted while there.

Chris and Alex did a fantastic job on my works that needed doing in my house, I am very grateful to them both

Dave the Plastic Surgeon attended our property to work his magic on a unit that had been damaged by sub contractors. He’s been this morning and it looks amazing. He was extremely professional and spent time making sure it was the right colour match. I would like to thank Dave for his efforts and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We moved into our Charles Church home at the Dargavel Development in Febuary and we love it! We really enjoyed our interactions with the sales rep on site Suzie Adams who was easy to deal with, had great communication and shared our excitement the whole way!

The site management team are also great, with Alec being very friendly and approachable with any quieries we may have.
