I bought a light pendant within the aurora range, they arrived today all in one piece and look beautiful. The communication personally provided by Charlotte was prompt, meaningful and I really got the sense she cared about customer care. In a world of online purchasing its hard to experience this sort of service and attention to detail. I will and am keen to return again to search for my next purchase as there are many items which offer a bit of difference, and Charlotte will do her level best to asses for price match if you spot elsewhere.

I bought a lovely table and six dining chairs and they are perfect. Great quality and communication on delivery etc and Charlotte was extremely helpful in suggesting the right chairs to match the table.

I absolutely love my root coffee table. When it arrived it was more beautiful than I ever imagined. The quality and workmanship that has gone it to making the table is of the highest. From the start when I purchased my dream dining table to the end when I received it, the whole process has been seamless. To have a call from the owner updating you and thanking you for your order is a lovely personal touch, then contacting me when I had received it with a personal email really does make a diffetence.
Their delivery team was 1st class, having dealt with most in my process whilst completing my Barn conversion this is an absolute rareity. Nothing was too much they placed it exactly where I wanted it, unpacked it and explained all that was needed. I can highly recommend Charles Worthy for the most equsite product and for the highest of service.
