A bad and expensive experience
I really didn't want to have to give this couple a bad review. However the resolution is costing me around £900. Ben measured my bedrooms for 3 pleated (Honeydew?) blinds and subsequently fitted them about 6 or 7 months ago. Within days all 3 blinds dropped down on the right hand side and I could not get them to locate into the horizontal position. Charlotte visited and tightened the strings but this did not fix the fault. I subsequently asked her to replace the blinds with roman blinds as the Honeydew were not fit for purpose. She offered to call back again and potentially return them to the manufacturer but point blank refused to replace these blinds. I have subsequently obtained professional advice and was told that the blinds were badly measured, badly fitted and the wrong blinds for the bedroom windows and also the product was of low quality. I am sorry guys but I think you should have replaced these blinds and retained a customer.
