I purchased an item at your Stratford store on Saturday 19th September. I swiped my card and it was declined, I swiped again, same thing. I was invited to put my card into the machine and put my pin in. I was horrified to see my actual pin appear on the machine. I stopped the transaction there and then and paid cash. I then asked for a VAT receipt and was told you dont do them. As I did not receive any cancellation receipts from the cancelled transaction I proceeded to go to the bank to report this and change my pin number. I find this all rather disturbing as I have never seen a machine display a PIN number in all the years I have worked with them, Also I would normally expect a cancelled transaction receipt. All in all I would be reluctant to visit this store again after this experience.

Rude and unhelpful manager. Bought a bag a week ago and the zip has broken. Took it back just to be accused of breaking it myself. Their excuse is the supplier wont take it back so they can do nothing. Didnt want a refund just for it to be replaced. Never will I buy from them again.
