We don’t need more sugar coated crap in our lives. Terrible move and unfortunately, to be expected.

So disappointed in the new sugar-coated Calm gummies. They used to taste great and now they taste bitter with sugar crystals making it even worse. Please change it back!

After so many years searching for a…

After so many years searching for a gummy without all the sugar coating on them I found one that worked and was just fine. Now I get my subscription box and they both have sugar on them. I can not and do not like this change and no one notified me prior to shipment. I would not have ordered them then. All this sugar is horrible. They were fine the way they were! Customer service replied after customer feedback they switched it and is the same amount of sugar in them. Well no it is not and no one got any feedback from me on this. Highly disappointed in this change up.

The new formula s*cks.

As many others have written, they changed the formula and these new sugar coated gummies taste like #%*! and don’t work as well. Did they do any consumer testing before deciding to ruin their product?? Most likely the shareholders decided to “cut costs” and the new formula is cheaper to produce.
My wife and I are both subscribers and we order several months worth at a time. Now we have a box of this cr*p. We will cancel all our future orders.

Would be happy to hear recommendations for another brand.

No sugar coating for the CBD gummies

No sugar coating for the CBD gummies. This is a health product, not candy. the last thing anyone wants on their health supplements is Sugar. The first thing any health professional tells you to cut out is Sugar. I was a subscriber to their calm CBDs. for over 2 years. now I have to find something else.

Use to be my go-to for calm CBD gummies to help with my anxiety and adhd. The started adding sugar coatings and now they taste wrong, bitter even, leaving a weird aftertaste. Sugar also makes me hyper, working against the calm, so they no longer help.

Will have to find a new company. Very upset.

I loved these gummies, until...

I loved these gummies, especially the Calm. They were nice, smooth, and healthy-tasting. They just added a sugar coating, and now they taste like Sour Patch Kids candy. So sad. How does sugar help people calm down and sleep? Must now find a new source.

I've been doing the turmeric and ginger gummies from Charlotte's Web for the last 2 years I just got my new ones and they have sugar on.. I do not like the sugar on it I never had any problems with my gummies sticking before and they tasted just fine.. now they taste horrible with sugar on they don't have that natural taste anymore, what about people who are diabetic I guess they can't do their gummies anymore.
I will have to change my gummies to another company cuz I do not like sugar coated gummies!! I will not buy Charlotte's Web anymore and I say change and take the sugar off!

★☆☆☆☆

★☆☆☆☆ — They Ruined a Product I Loved
I’ve been a loyal Charlotte’s Web customer for years, and their sleep gummies used to be genuinely excellent. Great texture, easy to take, and they actually worked. I recommended them to everyone.
I don’t know what changed in their formula, but these are now completely unrecognizable. The texture has gone from pleasant to weirdly gelatinous — almost unpleasant to chew. And the sugar coating? I literally scraped two tablespoons of sugar off mine. Two tablespoons.
Here’s what I’d love someone at Charlotte’s Web to explain to me: who puts a sugar bomb on a product you’re supposed to take right before bed? So the sugar can kick in an hour later and wake you right back up? That’s not a sleep aid, that’s a prank. It completely defeats the entire purpose of the product.
I stuck with them through a lot of years because they worked. But this reformulation is a dealbreaker. The texture is ruined, the sugar load is absurd, and I’m done. I won’t be purchasing again.
Charlotte’s Web — if you’re reading reviews — at minimum offer your customers a choice: sugar or no sugar. Some of us are taking this product specifically to sleep, and we shouldn’t have to choose between your gummies and actually staying asleep. You’ve lost a longtime customer over a change that didn’t need to happen.

Too much sugar

Too much sugar. Coated in sugar and made with a lot as well. Try the Stay Asleep, but it didn't work any better than the regular ones.

Please reduce the amount of sugar you use to make your product. It's not supposed to be candy.

Dissapointing product ingredients

I was disappointed to learn these “sleep” gummies contain added cane sugar. While the product may work for some people, sugar can contribute to blood sugar spikes, cortisol disruption, and poor sleep quality, which feels contradictory in a product marketed for rest and nervous system support. I think consumers deserve more transparency and healthier ingredient options in wellness products, especially those intended for sleep.

Awful change to sleep gummies

Have used the same sleep gummies for about a year. They coated them in sugar (I have diabetes) which dramatically changed the taste and texture. There was no indication on their website they had changed. I bought $120 worth and want a refund and can’t get anyone to assist. This company is terrible. The only reason I give one star is I can’t give zero.

This used to be the greatest company

This used to be the greatest company, but things have drastically changed. Gummies taste different, and Calm gummy is now sugar-coated. Gummies taste completely different —using a different recipe—and have an extremely long delivery time. I have been a long-time customer, but can NO longer recommend!

I Didn't Stay Asleep

I placed my order for Stay Asleep and Focus Support on March 3rd. I reached out on March 11th because I had received no communication since then. I was told they couldn't find any order from my for the past 3 months, even though I included a screen shot of my order with the original email. To be clear, I did order through Expert Voice, but again, they had a screen shot of my order. Someone contacted me the next day saying there had been delays and my order was processing. I received my order on March 17th and began using both. Neither have proven, so far, to be of any benefit to me. Actually, I have woken up about every 90 minutes with leg cramps since I began using these 2 products, so Stay Asleep has not helped me to stay asleep. I have added a banana and a glass of orange juice to my daily diet, so I'll see if that helps. I don't know that my cramps are directly related to either product, but I also don't know that I would order from them again.

Save your money It's not worth it anymore!!

When I first started buying these gummies they were great and would help me sleep. I tried for so long to find something to help with my epilepsy and MS and finally I landed something that actually helped. Then out of the blue the packaging on the sleep gummies changes and the gummies effectiveness, texture and taste goes in the toilet! I had to have 2 replacements due to the 2 sleep gummies I received were nothing but plastic! A horrible chemical taste and came in a solid block! They asked me for the expiration date and the lot# I gave them both the turn around and send me the exact same lot# with the same problem. The gummies are not the same as they used to be the texture is awful and same with the taste. I used to enjoy taking them now I just dread having to chew on them. You have lost a loyal customer because your product tastes like chemically infused plastic!

Plastic bits in Charlotte's web gummies

Anyone else find tiny round plastic bits in CW gummies? This is the 2nd batch of sleep gummies that I received that have small tiny hard plastic bits in them. First time I thought it was a bad batch, called customer service and they tried to tell me it was undisolved sugar, I told her I ran it under hot water and it didnt disolve. They returned my money and I reordered, SAME THING! Tiny round bits of plastic.

I only gave one star so that I could…

I only gave one star so that I could rate the service! I cancelled my subscription months ago, and woke up to a charge still pending on my account Wednesday Morning! They took 157.00 out at 1 AM! I called customer service, who informed me they could not reverse the charge because the product had already shipped, and the payment had been received! Speaking with my bank after the call, and was told the payment was NOT received and was pending, so customer service LIED to me! I am disputing the charge, and my bank will demand that they return it!

Gummies are good. Website & customer service NOT so good

Gummies are good, but user friendliness of website and customer service dept., not so good. They give you rewards, and the website makes it very difficult to redeem them. One customer agent told me they would always be able to help apply the rewards, but last time I asked I was to told they would no longer be able to assist. I asked for a supervisor, that was going on 2 weeks ago. I've yet to hear from anyone. I cancelled my subscription. Till their website & customer service department improves, I would not use this company or refer them to anyone else.
