I was introduced to this company via ebay. They claim to dispatch items the next working day. I ordered a Saint Christopher pendant on Monday 7th March and although they claim it was dispatched on Tuesday 8th March it tuned out it was dispatched on Thursday 11th March. After I left negative feedback I received the following from Karen at the company.

"We've sold over 100,000 items on ebay and literally never come across anyone so pompous and unreasonable as you.
How very sad for anyone you live with :-(
