Completely wrong pattern received in jumper. I received no paperwork or receipt with order number either in the package or online which is highly irregular. I went back to the site and filled in their online message form explaining the problem over a week ago and received no reply. I’ve sent another message and an email today bad hope for a reply. It’s very odd to have absolutely no terms of trading or return address on the site. If necessary I’ll just have to report them to PayPal.

Ordered 2 hoodies with free joggers - never turned up even after emailing and then saying they had been dispatched. Royal Mail showed no tracking. Dispute raised with my bank.

Item still hasn't turned up and is very late. Charming vogue says it's with DHL who marked as delivered by mistake but still haven't delivered.
