Be careful. The site doesn't always work like it should. Logins sometimes don't work, which means you have no control over your promotion. I had the issue that they launched a promotion I didn't book and of course they fully charged for that promotion. The issue is still not resolved. The big problem is that Spotify detects the promotion as abnormal spikes in stream activity which leads to penalty or in worst case they delete your stuff and fine you.

They are not Spotify compliant.. stay away

Avoid this company like the plague.
They are scammers using bots and it will eventually get you flagged on spotify and have your distributor either withhold or deduct royalties for every single fake stream they bot on your account.
When it comes to accountability, they have none. I sent over 13 emails in 2024 & 2025 requesting stats and always the same excuse... we are working on it but nothing ever came.
Don't waste your money with this company.
After doing some searching it turns out that the company is BASEL CAPITAL GROUP LTD

Records show they are registered in the UK but they are really based in Poland with 5 resignations over the past few years with a history of dissolving their companies and having directors resign on a regular basis. At presrnt there are only 2 active persons with significant control.

Chartlex... if you read this, don't reply trying to discredit me or justify your actions... simply provide the legitimate streaming stats you promised back in 2024 and 2025 with absolutely zero follow through. then we'll see how things shake out...

No matter what they say, is it 100% bots. Don't believe me? Go ahead and risk your music getting taken down.

I’ve used Chartlex before, so I trusted them. On October 30, 2023, I requested a quote for a promo campaign. They responded quickly with a $1000 quote and asked me to pay upfront, then alert them once the song was released so they could begin. Everything seemed legit, I had worked with them before without issues.

I made full payment on November 15, 2023, and they confirmed receipt. On December 31, I emailed them that the song was out and ready for promo. No response. I followed up on January 18, February 6, February 13, and again later in February. Not a single reply.

I gave up. I figured karma would handle it.

Then today, months later, I get a promo email from them. That triggered me to check their Trustpilot and... they’re clearly still active. People are still leaving good and bad reviews. So, they haven’t shut down, they’ve just ghosted me. After taking $1000.

This isn’t how you treat loyal, returning customers. The silence is unacceptable. If you're reading this from the Chartlex team, do the right thing.

No amount of promo will save a bad song, but Lex can take a good song and really run with it, he responds quickly as well. I'd recommend if your song is up to par with mainstream music.

I paid 100 euros and didn’t receive any stream. I’ve been scammed. I contacted them, but they’re not responding.

Did not reach the target

This must be a scam. I have 3 orders from before Christmas that have not been fulfilled and now no response from emails. When I ordered their Spotify editorial playlist I was nearly kicked off Spotify for fake bot streams.
I don’t know what’s going on here but it’s not legit streams.

Works good compared to pricing

Avoid this service. They make an artificial streams despite the promises of real streams. After they work my distributor has removed my track from all platforms because Spotify has reported my track. Do not deal with them. It is scam. Also after my request about clarifications of my problem they stopped the conversation with me.

Despite affirming that their promotion is real, Chartlex uses artificial streaming. This particular track was removed from spotify by the distributor due to Chartlex's services. Avoid them like the plague.

Chartlex delivered on their promise and the service improved my song’s reach with a decent increase in streams and listeners. However, there were a few bumps along the way, such as communication issues and a delayed start, which slightly overshadowed the overall experience. While there was success, the concerns raised about stream authenticity and removal by Spotify are worth noting. Overall, it's a decent service if you’re aware of its nuances.
