Caravan Item

Tried to purchase some caravan toilet bowl cleaner. Ordered Friday afternoon receipt from PayPal recieved funds left account on Monday. No contact from company so online form sent Tuesday. No reply so email sent to Sales email on Wednesday. Acknowledged finaly at 3.30 in afternoon. Told payment was pending (it wasn't cleared my account two days previously) emailed again Wednesday evening and cancelled order left to sort refund through PayPal.Although probably most reliable way! Wouldn't recommend. 😉

Sent a damaged product. Not impressed.

Only purchased an outdoor mat from Chase Outdoors but the underside of the mat is visibly damaged. The damage definitely didn't happen during delivery nor was I informed there was a problem with the mat. Can imagine the mat is going to get quite wet as the wet grass and damp will seep through.

'Excellent' all round buying…

'Excellent' all round buying experience. Ordered a cassette toilet and paid online, received a phone call from a very helpful young lady saying that the item was out of stock but she would order the cassette from another supplier and get it to me before I go away in my caravan. The young lady told me the item would be delivered by dpd on Monday between the hours of 14:00 and 15:00...I received the cassette toilet on the day stated at 14:30. Will go to Chase Outdoors again, 'Thanks'
