I had the software crash my computer system. In the end I didn't like or use the software but there is no means to get a refund. Just make sure the software is suitable before you purchase.

Buyer purchased a serial key with a link to install the software program Nitro Pro 10.
The claim against our business in supplying something that would crash a computer and also the Nitro Pro developer is damaging and misleading when in fact the Nitro Pro installation and serial key received is not responsible and that causes for computer crashes can be many and varied including incompatible hardware or software, insufficient system resources, and conflicts with existing programs or drivers. These problems can relate to any software installations but does not mean that the software itself has caused the problem.
Buyer never contacted us in regards to encountering any issues allowing us to help and instead chose to blame their purchase from us for their computer crash.
We sell the licenses to activate software purchased and provide links to download. We do not sell software programs as licensed software is always owned and copyrighted to the developer of the program.

This purchase was over a year ago and we have had no communication from you in the past year in regards to any issue you may have encountered???????.
I had several issues with the product, BUT
I had several issues with the software, over a number of weeks, some related directly to the product, and some to do with my Macbook OS.
Wendy was able to give appropriate support and supplied a working version.

We could not download - nor contact- bu t my mistake
We could not download, contact yu and you had not explained that we also need ofice MS 365 to use Word.
Your failure to respond meant I have requested eith a refund from you or cancellation by Visa.
days later. I had a technical problem that stopped my download from working and i couldn't also ind the phone number or place to get help from supplier. So i withdraw my complaint. i have since re-continued by Microsoft 365 subscription, whereas i wanted just to OWN Word and use no upgrades

You do not need MS Office 365 and I have no idea why you would think that you require an Office 365 subscription. If you had Office 365 then you would already have the MS Word installed so what is making you think you also need to have Office 365 Installed??? You purchased the standalone MS Word. We have searched our email logs and have received no communication from you in regards to any download or installation issues so how can you expect us to respond???? We respond to all emails received. You just need to download as instructed and install as per the information provided and MS Word will be installed. I have checked the download link provided to you and found no issues all was working okay. If you are having a problem or do not understand how to download and install a program please just contact us instead of leaving unwarranted and untrue reviews. You received a perfectly valid activation license and was provided with detailed information on how to download and install.

We obviously have our different ways of understanding what is fair and reasonable in a transaction of this kind. I am prepared to cut my losses and accept the product as supplied, notwithstanding my issues with it. I no longer seek a refund and want to move on.

We are sorry that you are not happy with the software program purchased i.e NITRO Pro 10 PDF File Creator Editor. It is the buyers responsibility to carry out their own due diligence to ensure that the software program they have chosen will meet their requirements and we have supplied exactly what was purchased i.e. a license to activate the Nitro Pro software program. Customer seems to have a problem with operating the program.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for the operation or functions of any software applications as we do not sell the program only the license to activate. We do not sell bootlegged software and in fact do not sell any software programs we only sell the product license to activate the buyers chosen software program. Software programs cannot be sold or owned by anyone and remain the property of the copyright owner who allows users to use their programs via the purchasing of a license. Downloads of the Nitro Pro software are provided by the manufacturer and having sold over 300 licenses to activate the program without a complaint suggests that the program is not faulty and if so buyer should contact the Nitro Pro manufacturer with their issues regarding their claims that the Nitro Pro software program is faulty. There can also be many and varied reasons why software programs can have issues such as computer settings, compatability and older versions still installed. We are reputable online software license sellers for over 10 years and our reputation is beyond dispute. We try to assist buyers however we are not computer technicians and can provide limited help with technical issues. Customer has not provided any proof or details as to their issues and claims and supplied no screenshots of any problems. If we can be of any assistance please contact us direct.

Buyer contacted with an install issue. The installation error message have indicates they already have another version of the program installed. We responded same day as email received advising us of their issue and advised them to uninstall any previous versions and then re-install. I have not had any further communication from this buyer and sassumed they had resolved the problem. We always respond to emails and provide help with issues if we can.
