If I could give zero stars I would....
Ordered the 5ft animated skeleton.
It's by far the cheapest, badly made skeleton I have ever purchased, and I have a few!
The joints are completely lose, extremely flimsy and I doubt will last one display season.
The digital eyes are OK.... however the sensitivity to activate them is terrible. You have to touch the skeleton for them to work. Which given how flimsy it already is does not bode well.
There are staples holding the skeleton together, and clearly they like a glue gun considering the amount that is visible all over the body!
I hope anyone considering buying thus will see the review and not bother.
The company expect me to pay for postage for a poor quality item, and the terms and conditions of the refund policy are dubious to say the least.

I have bought like 10 cars at c Harper. I went to get a Kia telluride and the one I wanted they sold out from under me. So they convinced me to get a more expensive one. Now I’m having nothing but issues with the drivers seat. It won’t adjust and you’re sitting on the floor. They have said they fixed it twice. Now here we are again. This is dangerous. I called a few times today to talk to service manager and no call back. Imagine that. I am beyond pissed off.

Bought a garden set, which was justwhat we wanted, and looked just as they showed in the pictures. Received email from them to say it had been shipped and with tracking so we could see when expected. Received on time and is perfect. Will buy again without hesitation!

Absolutely dreadful company. Bought a wheelbarrow directly from them which arrived damaged in transit (box was broken) and regardless the wheelbarrow itself was faulty in manufacturing. Said in order for me to have a refund they needed to collect the item and that I’d have to take a day off work to hand it over to the courier (which I said I wouldn’t do as I’d be losing money). Got absolutely nowhere with dreadful customer service (some of the worst I’ve ever experienced). Disputed through my bank. Cheaper Online took 3 months to respond to the dispute (clearly hoping I’d go away) and on inspection of all the evidence; the bank have ruled in my favour and I’ve got a full refund and a wheelbarrow I need to take to the tip. Absolute cowboy company and wish I’d looked at these reviews before I purchased!

I ordered a parasol heavy duty base through "The Range" The base was damaged so I arranged a return with Evri, Cheaper Online had confirmed Evri had colected the return, although after one week have still not received it. I cant get a refund throuigh the range as they are saying Cheaperr online need to issue it, and cheaper online are saying the range have to issue it! Absolute Joke both companies. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Garden umbrella handle broke off after about 10 uses and the umbrella is stuck halfway up the pole. They will do nothing except insist that I return it at my own expense. First told to break the spines then when I pointed out they were metal, was told to get metal shears to cut them! I had already advised that I am disabled, elderly and arthritic but they couldn’t care less. Appalling service and all for a paltry £23.95. It will cost more than that to return it or get rid of it.

I bought a bin storage unit through Cheaper Online. When it came it wasn't exactly what I was expecting, there were quite a few problems but I decided to make do with it. I received an email asking me to review the item, and so I did. Within minutes of sending the review I received a personal email from Liam at Cheaper Online, who apologised for the problems and disappointment I had experienced. He said he could refund the item if I wished to return it, or alternatively he offered me a significant part-refund if I wished to keep it. I went with the second option and got another email within minutes confirming that the part-refund was being processed. The problems with the item were the manufacturers fault, but Cheaper Online accepted responsibility and put things right quickly with no quibble. I cannot fault their customer service and would happily buy again.

I purchased a garden seat from B&Q. This was supplied by Cheaper Online. After assembly and a few days of use a crack appeared in one of the wooden panels. After contacting the supplier they immediately dispatched a replacement panel at no cost to me. Incredibly efficient and excellent customer service.

Great products and fast delivery.

Ordered an Hibachi from Robert Dyas but unbeknownst to me the actual supplier was Cheaper online, a company I have not dealt with before (and definitely won't do again. Not expecting great things at the price but the product was the very worst manufacturing job I have ever seen (even by Chinese standards. Screw holes mislocated assembly impossible-not worth the hassle of return for that price so it's gone straight to the bin-DEAL WIH THIS OUTFIT AT YOUR OWN RISK_ZERO QUALITY CONTROL

Ordered a garden table with 6 chairs. I must say I'm happy with both. The customer service and the item! I will definitely be ordering from the company again - great bargain! Thank you Sandra & Sam from Customer Care Team.
Unfortunately realised the order came without parasol despite being advertised with, still happy with purchase but just a shame the parasol is missing
Edit: parasol was NEVER MISSING it was sent with the chairs down the side. Again thanks to the team for staying professional and dealing with it quickly. I do apologise

I bought a replacement wheelbarrow wheel through b and q off this company .When it arrived i fitted it to the wheelbarrow and went to pump it up,the inner rim had the hole for the air valve to come through but no valve .I contacted cheaper online and they sent me a replacement out fast ....Thank You

I do not usually make the effort to leave reviews but I am a ‘speak as you find’ person and have to say that my recent experience with Cheaper Online has been excellent. I had brought several sets of Xmas lights from this company over the last 2 years and had been very pleased with the products. My last purchase required an exchange so that the lights ‘matched’ with existing sets and the communication, product knowledge and swift and efficient exchange have all been excellent and deserves recognition

Sent by Evri,damaged by Evri (allegedly) Said they would send replacement by Yodel ,Yodel inform that this company never gave them the parcel . Christmas parcel not likely to make it in time for next Christmas. Have asked for a refund before they shut down for Christmas,totally ignored. Had to start a PayPal claim.

Do not purchase from this company. Bought a set of Christmas lights from B&Q, not realising that it was through a third party Cheaper Online Ltd. Returned items to B&Q store but Cheaper Online Ltd have not issued the refund. Items were returned 3 weeks ago. Absolutely dreadful company. Now taking this up with my bank.

Absolute scam of a company!!! Same as what other people have said AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered a Wicker Christmas Tree skirt from The Range which it turns out was sold and fulfilled by this company…not only is it made out of incredibly cheap and shoddy material…but the paint was already coming off by the time it arrived…the connectors were all bent and did not fit in the holes to hold the 3 sections together. Absolutely disgraceful product sold by a scamming company. When I tried to feed this back to them by leaving a review on the product on their website THEY DELETED IT! When I went on the tree skirts on their website they have deleted all reviews below 4 stars…this is FRAUD!!!!

Placed a order which I thought was through the range turned out it’s supplied by this company what a con I ordered icicle lights for outside they arrived and the box was all smashed in I knew before I even opened them they would be broke I wasn’t wrong large sharp shard pieces of plastic were everywhere nearly cut my fingers to pieces I contacted the company I had no apology nothing just a lengthy instructions on how I need to return them to them for a replacement there were options of dropping off at a parcel collection shop which wasn’t local to me or printing my own label to get a collection which I don’t own a printer they are not interested in the problems I’m facing in returning them to them they just keep replying to me with the same instructions now I didn’t ask to receive smashed up items neither did I pick the courier to deliver them they did so how is it down to me to sort out the return if I had have know I was not ordering from the range as advertised I wouldn’t have bothered and I think it’s time I contact the range head office to let them know there advertising and selling for this horrendous company that they shouldn’t be putting there name to .the negative reviews on here says it all .
