I found the tips on the website really handy in identifying the correct door lock mechanism (an Avocet AVO352H2RSS) even though there were no markings on the original, and there is another type (AVO352HB) which looks almost identical.

The price for both the mechanism and keep was very good and delivered next day as promised.

Tried to call and emailed regarding a next day delivery that eventually arrived 5 days later, they never returned any calls or replied to emails. Generally an all round poor service

I needed to replace an old lock and Cheap locks had the item in stock and it arrived very well packaged and was a perfect fit

I used the lock finder tool on the website which was very quick and pointed me directly to the product I required. Very cheap and arrived the following day.

order 12 night latches from this company and paid for the special delivery. but after a week i still had not received the locks, so i phoned the company and was assured that the locks were on route. another week had passed but still no locks and company stopped answering there phone. contacted paypal and got a refund
