crooks !!! Waiting for a refund and silence !!! Nobody replies to emails !!! Don't order because they cheat. The case was reported to the Consumer Ombudsman

Really like the brand but totally disappointed from the online shop. I had to make three international phonecalls to solve an ordering problem. I managed to place the order, more than ten days ago and still has not arrived. The delivery spot is not my address, but a store open during hours I cannot visit during the week because its only open during my working hours. Also the product got an extra price reduction after I ordered it which I believe it would be the minimum I should receive after so much delay, asked for it, but didnt get. Never ordering from their online store again, possibly won't even keep an item that will arrive so late and ask for a total refund. Really disappointing for such a nice brand. I hope this comment can bring something back, not my lost time for sure.

I love cheap monday, absolutely adore their pieces and ive never had any shipping troubles, their customer service is on point and I have always recommended them. Yeah okay theyre a little pricey but I used to always feel they were totally worth it, until my latest order which is making me question my loyalty to cheap monday. My mum likes funky cute clothing and so I bought her a huge a** coat from cheap monday which set me back quite a bit of £££ but i didnt mind because the quality is usually top notch. The coat arrived swiftly and she loved it but then it was starting to fall apart, after literally 3 days of wear. Now she did wear it on a 15 hour flight to South Korea and dragged it everywhere she went but I wear their dresses religiously and have never experienced such bad quality. The seams were falling apart and the arms were literally detaching from the rest of the coat. I never got around to emailing them because she only told me the extent of the damage way past the 30 days policy, and I do still love cheap monday but i havent ordered from them since as its left me super skeptical.. i hope this was just a one off:((

This is exactly what happened to me recently. Totally unprofessional business. Never learned from their mistakes. I really liked the brand but not anymore.

I spent about £100 on two pair of jeans only for them to start to wear out and stretch after a few months of owning them.

It's a shame because they're comfy jeans to wear and not feel like tight, bulky cardboard but I guess that's the trade off to thin denim.

this company is great!

I bought a bra and asked the employee ''I can return this if I dont want it - right?'' - to which he replied ''yes of course you can''. Then I decided to return it, brought down the receipt and everything and was told that it was not possible to return it - it said so on the receipt. But I was told that it was possible and now it is their word against mine. They have been so rude to me when I went there and later called them, and I have been treated so badly, please boykot this brand!!! It was in the Danish store on Kronprinsensgade that I was treated badly. All my frustration goes out to you, please never buy from them so they can learn how to treat their customers right!!!
