I bought a Green Works long reach cordless hedge trimmer from Cheapmowers 2 years ago. It worked very well until the charge ran out half way along a hedge and wouldn’t recharge. I reached out to Cheapmowers and Angela was very helpful. She arranged for a replacement charger to be sent, which arrived next day. The battery still didn’t charge so she arranged for a replacement which again arrived next day. All sorted now and back to finish the hedge. Thanks Angela

I think you could probably trust your life with them. The price was excellent and delivery almost instant. There was a problem with the delivery of a part that had apparently not been restocked in the UK but the first person I dealt with was both amiable and helpful and - when I emailed to let them know it still hadn't arrived, James (I believe) got straight onto it and called me to let me know what was going on. I have no doubt that - if I had a problem - I could call and get it solved immediately

A comprehensive website helped me select the correct model. The price was very fair. The delivery was prompt.
I seemed to be missing a starter key and a replacement was with me the following day.
A personal and efficient service and an excellent battery operated mower too!

Purchased the Kress Nano mission off cheap mowers.com a year and a bit ago, it’s been absolutely fabulous, up to the point it went wrong, James at Cheapmowers.com understood this first world problem of grass growing Anxiety, diagnosed and sent the Replacment part asap, I will only shop with this company in the future for lawn related products, thanks again J.

Although the first mower supplied developed a fault what was memorable was the way James dealt with my problem quickly recommending an alternative machine and organising collection and delivery of replacement. Well done guys!

I contacted James today to ask what I should be charged for a KR174E set up and he gave me an honest approximation from a view of Google maps as I am some 5 hours from his depot.

The price he supplied for a local customer some 10-20 miles from his depot was 60% of the price I have had from my local supplier in Scotland,

From the moment I purchased it was a great pleasure, easy to navigate and select the mower that met our needs and a very great competitive price I must say
I ordered it on a Monday and Wednesday at 09:00 it arrived on the doorstep and welcomed by a very friendly delivery man from FedEx
You must remember it came from Leeds all the way down to the pointed end of the UK, Cornwall

This Company is A+ I have bought a stiga mower last year and I was very impressed with the service so this year I needed a bigger mower so I got the bigger stiga twinclip 955VR anyway I used it for a couple of weeks and then the roller broke it was a manufacturer fault anyway James from cheapmowers done everything for me in very quick time and know everything is great and the mower is fantastic it cuts fantastic very happy bunny thanks James

I recently purchased a Kress robotic mower the service I received from company was outstanding. Have no knowledge I had contact with James who answered my questions in full and helped with further advice and reassurance in regard to machine and complete set up.
I would highly recommend this company for it’s customer Service and product.

A week after ordering my mower hasn't even been despatched. The first model I ordered proved not to be in stock (despite the website saying it was), so I was reluctantly upsold to the higher model a couple of days later. The website states that 95% of orders are delivered the next day. A week later no mower, no sign of it and I'm still waiting for a call back to explain what's going on. If you're looking for a good customer experience look elsewhere.

Update: replacement mower ordered now out of stock for at least another week. I've cancelled my order. Complete waste of time. I wish I'd stuck to a reputable supplier.

I had an issue with a product I had bought from Cheap Mowers.I had unfortunately lost my receipt however after contacting James he immediately sent over a new copy of my receipt, contacted the supplier of the product and my issue was resolved within three days.I would have no hesitation in purchasing any product from this company as they genuinely lookafter you if you have a problem not just when you purchase the product..Excellent company.

Excellent website and service. Rapid response to enquiries. Very knowledgeable about mowers and the one I purchased - the Navimow i105. Rapid delivery. All I needed to set it up. Amazing bit of technology. Great experience all round.

They state on their Website that items are in stock but when you purchase them you find out that they are not. I suspect this is common practice. My Lawnmower eventually arrived 10 days after I ordered it. Their customer service agents seem genuinely nice people and did try and help. However, clearly somewhere in the Company the processes are broken. The Website needs to be updated to show accurate stock levels. As it stands, I suggest you ring them to check or risk having to play the deeply frustrating game I did.

Went with Cheapmowers because of the positive reviews, and no regrets, excellent service. Staff handled a query in no time ( and very polite ) and mower arrived bang on time ( well done dpd !)

It’s good to be able to talk to the owner of a business who cares. We received excellent service and James was there to help when we needed guidance with installation. Would highly recommend.

I've never received such well packed goods! Great to see the company take such care and pride in the products they are delivering. I was slightly worried as I hadn't used the company previous and the delivery timescales were not obvious. However, the goods were received the next working day.

Also the Cobra Fortis Cartridges received, are superb quality.
