Sent the right tent, at a great price, in a very short timescale, with no hassle and no screwups, right first time. Top Vaude Mk2 kit from an outstanding camping kit supplier. earned the trust. It doesn't get any better than this.

My order was received in under 24 hours.

Having searched the Internet for a ultralight 2 man tent, a friend of mine recommended Cheaptents.com. Best recommendation ever. I rang in the morning to see if they had a MSR Nook 2 in stock, along with suitable advice the answer was yes. I was very happy with the price so I placed my order that same morning. It arrived less than 48 hrs later, all this was backed up with a confirmation and a follow up e-mail. As for the MSR Nook 2 it arrived as described, another three words It's the Dogs.........

Good service and quickly despatched. my only reservation was with the price of the postage compared with other similar sites which offer free post !

Ordered goods, 2 days later tld the item was not in stock and I will have to wait 7-10 working days for delivery - still awaiting.

Consequently my opinion is not particually favourable at present, I just hope the commitment to 7-10 working days is upheld.

After trawling the internet looking for a new duvet jacket, I contacted Cheaptents by phone to be given all of the information and advice that I required and I placed my order immediately. Ordered on a Sunday and the Snugpak Stratosphere was with me by the following Wednesday,great value for money.

I went online and found exactly what i wanted and bought it with no fuss and a couple of days later its there. Brilliant

Swift service and offered an alternative given that the product was out of stock when ordered. I was kept informed of the status of the order and it came well packed as they had indicated it would without excess delay. Would definately use again.

Ordered a storm shelter on line. Website said in-stock but received e-mail later to say waiting for new stock. Still waiting a few days later then received e-mail asking me to review my experience. Answer is still waiting for what I ordered.

In these days of online ordering, when Amazon for example, can (always) deliver within 48 hours, I'm not impressed with Cheap Tents!

I was considering buying buying a tent, sleeping bag and other camping equipment from them and even though their prices are competitive, I shan't be buying from them again!
