Very impressed
Punctual, polite and professional.
I found their online booking service for a couple of longer weekend journeys to be simple and got confirmation of fixed prices straight away.
When I had a couple of questions I found them helpful and efficient over the phone.
The cars and drivers were excellent and I will definitely be using them again.
Recommended.

Professional drivers, clean cars
In the past two months I’ve used Cheetah for multiple airport runs with huge numbers of bags and a baby. The service, timeliness, and cleanliness is excellent.

Cheetah is always reliable
Cheetah is always reliable. If they don't have a driver available, they reach out to other private taxi companies to find you a driver and this always seems to work.
Their prices are very good too.

Rude crook driver
I have used Cheetah cars for years to get my mother picked up and dropped Heathrow airport and have had no complaints until few days when I arrived at Heathrow around 5pm and the driver was supposed to be there 545 ish now as soon asi landed the driver kept calling me saying where are u every 10 minutes and I told him my status always eventually when I get out we go to the carpark he asks me to pay which I did then I had to load my suitcase and painting myself into the car. Once we get home I have to unload my bags then he stood there like a gangster demanding more money for waiting which wasn't long terrible and scary experience however the company is good but there's always a bad Apple.

The driver was wonderful and on time
The driver was wonderful and on time, so the service was excellent. I would just like to suggest that a booking confirmation be sent via email/ driver details before the trip. I found it quite confusing to not know whether or not the ride was successfully booked before actually needing to fly.

Airport transfers…
I've used Cheetah to go to and from the airports several times. They are efficient, professional and helpful (with my usually quite heavy case!)
The cars are always clean and well maintained and the drivers have a good knowledge of the best routes depending on traffic conditions.
