Crooks, absolute crooks that lie about using real like experts helping you study, i actually went through over 1000 questions over 800! questions were wrong and NOT answered by a HUMAN "expert" THESE ARE ALL AI ANSWERS HUGE FLAW in any True or False question as the AI cannot comprehend a true or false question it will break apart the question tell you which part is true and which part is false, no REAL answer is given as the AI DOESNT UNDERSTAND they falsey advertise their website AND ARE STRICK about NO REFUNDS. THIS IS NOT A GOOD WEBSITE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR CORRECT ANSWERS YOU ARE LITTERALLY BEING PROVIDED WITH A AVERAGE OF 80% WRONG ANSWERS THERE IS LITTE TO NO COMMUNITY ACTIVITY TO UP VOTE OR DOWN VOTE AND YOU FIND YOURSELF SCROLLING AND SCROLLING SEEING 10+ PEOPLE ASKING IN DIFFERENT WAYS FOR THEIR POOR AI INTEGRATED SYSTEM TO UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION THAT A SO CALLED "HUMAN EXPERT" is answering DO NOT I SAY DO NOT FALL FOR CHEGGS SCUMMY AND CROOK METHODS TO REEL YOU INTO PAYING THEM A PENNY!!!!! All the information is incorrect. I failed a test that cost me money and time. It is a scam.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SITE. I subscribed to Chegg on the 20th of May and immediately cancelled the subscription on the spot as I had thought it was a free trial the way it was advertised, it's the 24th of May, and my account is getting billed every single day, raising bank charges on my account. I contacted their customer service, and they told me there is nothing they can do and will continue billing me for 30 days; how is that legal? Why am I being billed for a service I cancelled and never used?

This company is a scam, it was written on the subscription plan, 3 days trails before subscription will start but immediately I added my card I was deducted almost £9 , I'm just grateful it wasn't not more than that, please cheggs I need my money back , that's how you've been scamming people with this trick. I wish I had read these reviews before I "bought" my book. I thought I was buying my book, but apparently I paid out the nose for a rental, and then had to pay even more to keep it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

Chegg is not a useful tool for revision with higher-level questions. While sometimes a question may be answered with the correct method, there is an obvious lack of experience from 'experts', as there is a lack of care around units and overall understanding of questions. Most of the time, however, the question is answered using the wrong method, sometimes with a method used in year 1 instead of 3. Further, most questions i have uploaded are past papers, to be used for revision, these are frequently taken down, by clear ai moderation.

Bottom line, do not use

This review is 100 percent real. The website has wrong answers. Do not get the subscription. They would not refund you. Stick to Quizlet for accuracy. If I could give no stars I would. Failed critical test using this app as a study guide.

They USED to be great to learn and verify with. Now all they use is "Chegg AI" and it's TERRIBLE!!! Do not waste your money.

Purchased to help with accounting homework, they do not go through the steps and if they do they are incorrect. Tried to call and get a refund (online says 14 day money back guarantee), but they wouldn’t. Had a women named Kiziah help and she was not helpful and acted as if I was a child and didn’t know how to correctly use a computer. Not worth it.

Chegg isn’t helpful, most answers are wrong. It’s a hassle to delete membership, I have removed the membership and keep getting charged it’s extremely frustrating.

ordered. Used the program for assistant with a work assignment. Answers were given clearly and it was verified identical question and answer. HOWEVER EVERY ANSWER GIVEN WAS WRONG!!! Asked for refund because it was misrepresented. Live chat gave "I'm sorry we can't give a refund." No regard for customer service or that the information is bogus. They have NO concern for customer service, for doing the right thing or that their information is incorrect and people pay for that falsehood.

75% of the answers were wrong in my case and I got less score using them compare to take my exam on my own without even studying.

I called the customer service center to get help with cancelling a subscription on my account. My account is linked to my Facebook account, and for some reason, when i try to log in, it says "It's not you, it’s us. Please try again later. " It has been like this for three days and all i want to do is cancel my subscription. When i called the customer service center, they kept not answering my questions directly and gave me very vague answers or directions. I tried giving him my email address thats linked to my Facebook, but since I also have a chegg account that uses that email to sign in, the only account that came up when I gave them that email was my secondary account which has no subscription on it. The customer service agent started getting frustrated with me since he wasnt understanding my situation. Since I used paypal to pay for the subscription, he also couldnt use my car number to track the payment. He told me my only option was to call paypal, but the issue with that is that my subscription would still be active and i would still get charged for the next month. When I asked him when there would be a superior available to talk, he stopped talking with me and ignored me for 2 minutes while i kept saying hello. Finally, i said that if he was ignoring me i would rather just know so i can call back and talk to someone who would actually like to help me. Only then did he say "ok. thanks." Super unprofessional and unhelpful and it did not feel like he tried to listen to any of my concerns at all.

I WILL NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO CHEGG AGAIN. I cancelled my subscription to chegg back in June of 2023 and they have STILL been charging me this WHOLE time. Despicable !! DO NOT ENTER YOUR CARD INFO ONTO THIS WEBSITE.. you will not be able to delete once you do..

At first it was great, but now it doesn't help at all, the problems are incomplete and it keeps telling me suspicious activity, reset your password, I've reset it 4 times, this is ridiculous, I'm canceling my account.

If I wanted an AI generated answer I would have just gone to ChatGPT. The use of AI by the "experts" has gotten terribly bad and innacurate.

In a Google search, Chegg had numerous questions that I was looking for answers. It had unlocked to see the answers which required a subscription. So, I bought the subscription, and there were no answers to the questions!? I did a few other searches, and didn’t come up with anything that would help my study. Tried to cancel the subscription immediately and they would not give me a refund because they said I did some searches. Which got me nowhere!!!
