While visiting London, I was really excited to stop by the Chelsea stadium store to buy a jersey. I rushed over to get there before closing time and arrived a few minutes before the official closing. However, the security guard closed the door in front of me and wouldn’t let me in, even though there were still a few minutes left and I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. Really disappointed with this experience and the lack of flexibility from the staff at the entrance.

Catering was rubbish
Plus food is all halal for no known reason

Claims shipping/ despatch is within three days of order. well nearly a week later and still my order has not shipped. first time ordering a jersey from here, won't be ordering again. terrible service when I paid £107 for the shirt, shipping should be free after spending £80+ for a football top

Terrrible experience with the Megastore- the jacket was returned back to the store, but no money were returned back. All I received, were e-mail promises that it will be payed within a few days. I have neither the jacket nor the money. Do not buy from them!

such a great website. delivery may just be 1-3 days later due to restock or maybe i ordered it too late in the week. but very good store. Some of my kits even came earlier!

Ordered a hoodie on 16th Dec as a Christmas present with 48hr delivery. Now 2nd January 2024 still nothing! At this rate Chelsea might win a game before we receive it! Terrible!

ordered a football shirt for my sons Christmas present only to be told 3 days later it was out of stock and also that it would take 2-7 days to get my money back. better off taking a chance with eBay or a market in town

I have ended up buying the home and first away jerseys twice because the first time I bought them they weren’t delivered. As far as I know they are lost. I have tried contacting the store but, to no avail. The only reason I rebought the jerseys is because I have every seasons collection.

I never know what to say in these reviews because the shirt I bought was perfect fit and it turned up on time and that for me is amazing. Thank you

Great store, plenty of choice but just sooo very busy on match days. Oh and I always spend too much in there !!

Great shirts and arrived in time before we left for London. We went to 2 Chelsea matches. The champions league semi against Real Madrid and a premier league match against Brentford. We bought more Chelsea gear at Stamford Bridge.

A very large range of stock. Staff friendly and helpful. Most things overpriced but that's football I guess. Will look forward to my next visit weather it's online or in person.
