My experience goes back over 3 years. June 2023, I purchased a Honda long sleeve t-shirt. I’m pleased to say, I did originally receive it. However, I needed to exchange it for a smaller size. Sent it back using their free return policy. A few weeks went by, hadn’t received an email or the replacement. I rang - no response. Sent them emails - ignored. Still to this day, no exchange nor refund. I’ve since discovered ‘Scooters! Ltd have gone into administration. No chance of ever getting my money back now. I’m just one of many who’ve been left dissatisfied

I ordered a NIU ebike from them website, after weeks of waiting they told me that the model was out of production from NIU, the problem is that they didn't refund me yet so I need to go through court now to get my money back.
Stay away from this scammer.

Average experience when enquiring and lack of customer service is not how a responsible business should be managed!

I am very disappointed, i had my assistant call up for correct information and advise about a scooter. In the end, the customer service personal made fun of my assistant and distracted him from getting to the point, and on top of it claimed we had the wrong bike shop. My assistant had to go to the store to make sure, we knew where we was taking the scooter to replace the wheels.

All I wanted, was to know if the store could help to support complete the job. Turns out the tires I had was not of use and the shop didn’t have any either. This was the reason we was calling to make sure and prevent us from having to waste our time and strength to carry the whole scooter frame. Had the staff been more useful, we could have established what help I needed and what exactly was the situation. I had one wheel off, so there was no need to bring the frame if they didn’t even have spare wheel to supply ? Should I not know what wheels I’ve ordered and if they’re not correct? As I’m not a bike shop………

I had previously attempted to request wheels but was advised to order, and find myself dissatisfied.

This is not great practice.

Ordered a Honda scooter from this dealer who I have known for 25 years. They called in the morning to say the bike had just arrived & I picked it up at the end of the same day with extras fitted. Great service through the sales dept to the service dept, cant fault it at all. Over and above what I expected. The bike is just great also, love it. I also bought a Jacket and a helmet. I took ages to sort this out but Brian (Salesman) was just extremely patient and really made the difference. The jacket is just fabulous so very pleased with this indeed and helmet was amazing value. Thanks everyone for looking after me so well.

I had my bike taken to this butcher shop afer I got rear ended.
On a second day Ive recived txt that its ready for collection. It wasn't
Quality of work appalling, scratch panels .
I clearly stated what needs to be done and when I ve turned up to collect my bike, mudguard visibly chipped , rear light rattling, spray guard not there.
Ive complained and they brushed me off that mechanic who done my bike wasn't in the country. DO I CARE ?
Maybe he runned off as how he works will guarantee you criminal record.
Never heard anything back from them.
Its increasingly difficult to find honest garage and Chelsea isn't one of them

Absolute scam. Avoid!

I originally purchased a product from Chelsea Motorcycles on 01.06.21. On their website it quotes 3-5 days for delivery with an extra 2 days because of Covid- 19 related issues. Over 2 weeks have passed and I have still not received the product and have contacted them multiple times via phone and email for an update. Their service help centre said they would contact the parts department to give me an immediate call back but I have still not heard or received anything from them which makes me believe that this company are a scam. I quizzed the call centre about their links to the company and was hesitantly told that are a separate company and work independently for Chelsea Motorcycles.

I ordered some parts in June and did not receive them. The money was taken through paypal the same day I placed the order. Tried to contact the company (over the phone, via email, through the website) to have a refund but no answer.

When checked with a reliable company they could get the item next day. Not 3 weeks with no reply.

As my scooter was due for a service, I chose to have it undertaken at Chelsea Motorcycle Group where I had purchased the bike. The service was exceptional and the team ensured the process was handled very professionally, and I was able to collect my bike after a few hours. Thank you to the team, and special mention to Muntii for his kind assistance throughout.

I ordered a part in April. I was patient due to all things Covid, I dropped them a couple of emails and got auto responses. In June I started to ring and email, no answers to any. Fortunately I ordered through PayPal on their website. PayPal are dealing with the dispute but so far after 3 weeks there’s not been one contact from the company despite still updating their Facebook website with adverts. Appalling service. Hopefully I will get my money back in due course

Placed an order at beginnng of May 2020.
Never dispatched. I asked many times for updates but no answer. Awful experience.

Avoid at all costs - order placed one month ago for spare parts, not despatched and no communication received. I have rung several times to be fobbed off and lied to. I cancelled my order two weeks ago verbally and by email - no response and no refund. Raised dispute via PayPal - no communication, now proceeding to complaint with both PayPal and Visa. This is not due to Covid-19 - see review dated December 2019 from customer who had the same experience. If you order parts, do not expect to receive them and expect to have to fight through your card provider for a refund.

Purchased a part for my Honda shadow through the website. nearly two weeks ago and shipping has not been updated. I have attempted to make contact with the store via email several times with no response. I have also contacted via paypal messaging system again with no response at all from seller.

DO NOT BUY from this company as they will just take your money and not send the item. hell, even the "reviews" on their webpage is run by them solely for use of their branch of websites: trust-certification.com as as you can see the reviews left have been checked before allowing them to become visable.

Avoid at all costs.
