Never Received

Parcel was due on next day delivery. A week has passed and it has never arrived. Now in dispute with Chemist Direct because they have my money. They are claiming package was 'successfully delivered' by Royal Mail. There is no proof of this whatsoever from either Chemist Direct or Royal Mail. No photo was provided and I was at home all day. Despite this, I was sent this link to review my experience, so I have.

Product OK, but Evri chatbot useless

The items were easy to find on the Chemist Direct website, easy to order, despatched promptly. However, I would suggest you find another delivery company because I have had nothing but hassle from Evri since. Items were delivered at the correct time, but to the wrong house, even though it was broad daylight and surely easy to read the house numbers. The Evri chatbot gave no apology or precise information on what they would do to correct the problem, and even though I have reported three times now that I have managed to track down my parcels they keep sending further messages urging me to demand a refund or replacement from the sender myself. Most aggravating!
