Product OK, but Evri chatbot useless
The items were easy to find on the Chemist Direct website, easy to order, despatched promptly. However, I would suggest you find another delivery company because I have had nothing but hassle from Evri since. Items were delivered at the correct time, but to the wrong house, even though it was broad daylight and surely easy to read the house numbers. The Evri chatbot gave no apology or precise information on what they would do to correct the problem, and even though I have reported three times now that I have managed to track down my parcels they keep sending further messages urging me to demand a refund or replacement from the sender myself. Most aggravating!

Online is only ever as good as its delivery service.
Delivery was the issue here. Ordered on Friday, still didn't have it by following Wednesday. Tracking was useless, as when I entered my postcode it said it wasn't the same one as the delivery (which it definitely should have been). It was only when I contacted P2U that it was identified as having been damaged in transit. I opted for a full refund, which was processed promptly.
