Pros:
-Huge range of products.
-Lower prices compared to other full priced items.
-Fast Delivery within Australia (provided all items are available).
-Friendly and professional customer services.

Cons:
-Inconsistent stocks: When order an item which indicates "In Stock" on their website, but it's actually "Out of Stock" in their warehouse.
- Which have caused delayed in shipping (waiting for order to be completed).

Profiteering off the Convid-19 .

Shocking service, items not sent, no communication. When i called the 'help' centre they are no help, rude, unprofessional & actually quite nasty. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR DO NOT USE Chemistdirect

Large shipping delays, no communication or assistance, emailed, called, been on hold multiple times, still no response or genuine care in assisting me or trying to make things right. I would not recommend.

I purchased items a week ago and had no communication from them that my order was going to be delayed. Rang and spoke to them only to be told that items I had ordered weren't in stock and had only just come in and it would be shipped that day. I didn't receive a shipping notification so I called the next day and was told that it had been delayed further and that it would be shipped this afternoon. I was then told even though I paid for express shipping I wouldn't get the order until maybe Monday. When I asked if I could just cancel the order cause I needed the items sooner I was told no but I could refuse the delivery and have it returned to them.

Yesterday I received an email saying that an item I had ordered was no longer available. This email was received two days after I was told that my order was ready to be shipped. At no time when I spoke to them two days before did they mention that an item wasn't available. So my order was still not shipped so I rang and asked for it to be cancelled which they told me they would do and I would get a full refund that day. I then got a shipping email and no refund.

The customer service and communication is terrible and I will not shop with them again. I used them as their prices were very competitive with other chemists but their delivery and customer service makes the savings not worth it.

At global site voucher did not work. I contacted support who told me that I can place order and write mail to support who will apply it. They never did or answer to mail hat this is not possible for whatever reason.

Extensive wait for orders. Zero communication in regards to order. Not until I rang to be told they are waiting on stock. Asked to have item in question to be swapped for same item in another brand and am still yet to have a response. This has been going on for over 3 weeks.

Would give less than one star if it was an option.

Definitely will not be using this service again.

I have ordered several times from chemist direct, and had no problems with their service. Perhaps a little slow on delivery, this could be improved

Terrible service , won't answer emails , no idea when I will get my order ! Took my money pretty quick though .

well the first 2 reviews look fake - a pr firm couldnt write better copy.
I ordered a product, and after waiting too long to be delivered or even sent tracking info had to call them.
Found out they didn't have it in and were waiting for it to be delivered to them.
They said and I quote "Our orders are automatically generated into in the system & remain in place until the order is fulfilled."
So nothing in place to tell you
1) they are out of stock
2) order has been delayed
They get to sit on your money

I ordered before from another company, CD was a fraction less in cost, but then you may or may not get it.

I wont use them again

I am satisfied with their business, delivery took quite long, but it wasn't their fault, since it was internationally shipped. I received what I ordered, prompt customer service, replied to all of my inquiries.

Chemist direct is a super company to deal with.The web site is easy to navigate ,
they have a huge range of products and the delivery is super fast!
The prices are very competitive ,and I have had excellent service.Many thanks Chemist Direct.
