Terrible experience... customer experience is horrible... Fraud website... they are scam website and loot people's money. Customer experience team only say we are investigating for 4. days and waiting for an update from the relevant team. I don't in which world they are in and take 4 days to respond. Horrible experience ... I wish they negative Stars

I read the comments here and got worried. But actually fresh flowers and icecream were delivered on time. The flowers exceeded my expectations.

Please give us a phone number that works. That is my only feedback. The number on the site is not in service.

Pathetic service. I ordered cake and flowers, scheduled on 26 Sep, but these guys delivered on 24 Sep, messed up the occasion.

This company and it's website is scam I believe. Please don't order anything from this website unless you confirm they really existing and customer care number is working. I ordered on 20 Feb 2025 for Birthday gift to be delivered to Madurai on 23 Feb 2025. But till now it is not delivered. Amount paid Rs. 2048 on 20 Feb 2025. After the order I didn't see the order history website. Then I raise a complaint about this issue. No response. I received a email from csdatrightflorist.co.in on 21 Feb 2025 mention that my order is confirmed and will send delivery confirmation soon. But after this email no communication from them. I tried to call their customer care number 8100771984 several times. But this number is not working. There is no way to contact them. It seems I lost my money Rs. 2048 paid. Please don't use this website at all and it is scam cheating people. My order number is RCOF-200220251368307 dt. 20 Feb 2025

After see the another review in this forum I got another customer care number 9836512683. Fortunately, they attended my call and informed that Delivery will be done between 10am to 8pm. Finally, they delivered at 7.30pm.

I strongly recommend not to order in this website again despite of all these troubles and follow up. Because there is no tracking mechanism, no direct customer care contact, no email address for customer care.

**Subject:** Extremely Disappointing Experience – Urgent Resolution Needed

This has been an **absolutely terrible** experience. I placed my order on your website **because it clearly stated that the delivery date was February 14**, and this was meant to be a **Valentine’s Day gift**. If you **cannot fulfill deliveries on time, why mislead customers** by displaying a specific date on your website?

To make things worse, someone from your team called me at **9836512683**, claiming the delivery would take **3-4 working days** instead. When I asked why, she gave a vague excuse that it was a "courier-type product"—**nowhere on your website was this mentioned.** I have **proof** from the website and email confirming that the delivery was promised by Feb 14.

She then said she would check and get back to me, only to **conveniently switch off her phone**—which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. **This is not just bad service; it’s deceptive business practice.**

At this point, I’m seriously questioning whether your platform is even legitimate or just a scam. If you have any intention of being a trustworthy business, you need to fix this immediately.I expect an immediate resolution, or I will have no choice but to escalate this further.

Also, I will be writing multiple reviews online to make sure that future customers are aware of this scam and don’t fall for the same deception. People deserve to know the truth about your so-called service!

Order Placed Oct 30, 2024 (RCOF-30102024437607) for 5 items / Rs 9,634, with expected delivery date of Oct 31, to the same Bangalore address. Ultimately, Items were delivered 5 to 30 days late, with 1 item (dry fruits basket) delivered 30 days after on Dec 1! So much for Diwali delivery.
Despite repeated Whatspp follow ups with them after Nov 5th, there was either no response or inadequate / irrelevant responses. Multiple attempts to call were not answered. Raised a complaint on their website on Nov 13th 2024 (complaint # COF-13-1120242), but no response. Even a follow up complaint on Nov 22 got no response.
Extremely poor experience and strongly recommend you avoid this Company
