Beware of the "Expert" guidance, PATHETIC!

The only reason this company gets a One Star rating is there is nothing lower. I contacted them as they had been helpful previously, however in this instance they have demonstrated that they do not know what they are doing, and their so called "Expert" on the chat line, well the less that is said about that the better. We get sent emails, and authorise payments but nothing happens. I have contacted the credit card company and stopped any payments to this company.

I'm so dissapointed with their service…

I'm so dissapointed with their service they are charging the customers unreasonably and I'm trying to reach out their customer service and they are not answering only voice record on the other hand they give options to use the website which is damn not working properly and not user friendly. It's really dissapointed because of what's happening and still they are not copperative. I am waiting for their call it is too much to complain but I deserve to have an explanation on my booking.

Unhappy

I felt like we were ripped off and I was very unhappy with customer service that I received. First, be careful which currency it is in on the website, as it isn't automatically in the country you are in. I also wish I had been asked for my passport details when booking as it may have helped me realised that my passport had expired. Later I wish they had emailed me to tell me that my return ticket had been cancelled, as I did not take the first flight (as I had to sort out my passport and take another flight over). I received very rude service on the phone in an upsetting situation and would have liked to have received more empathy.
Luckily the airline (United) was very helpful and I was able to get a ticket back with my husband.

I would not book through them again

I would not book through them again, what was promised on the website with the upgrade I did not get and customer service person tried to argue about it with me not impressed would not book through them again !!
