I have sent them muliple messages on the support and no answere what so ever. Talk about a company that dosen't care for there users. I just wanted a new S key because it broke when I was cleaing the keyboard. Still no answere, and it has gone more than a month. Horrible Customer service or non existant I would say. Yes keep away, it's not a good sign
