I brought my bike into him about a week ago with a bottom bracket problem. He told me he’d have to replace the bottom bracket but when he got inside to work on it, it turned out that it could be fixed and did not need replacement. He could have charged me to replace it but in his usual honest fashion, he only charged me to repair it.
I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else!
I write this review as I was very impressed with the customer care and service given at Cheshire Cycle Repair. Rob was very helpful and explained the repairs with me. I was kept informed of the progress and was notifed when my bike was ready to collect. He made sure that I was 100% happy before leaving.
Would highly recommend to anyone and won't hesitate to use again.

Good customer service, the bike I purchased could be found cheaper online but I was happy to help a small local knowledgeable business. Which was a lot better than having some company somewhere shoddily put a bike together for me.
A choice of either brand new or ex hire bikes were available with a service in a years time!
