This company has proven itself worthy over and over! They have fantastic prices. Fantastic shipping! I couldn't believe how fast they are. I placed and order on a Monday and received it the following Monday, to my door and live in Canada! There was a minor discrepancy with one of my orders and I was shipped the proper item within two days. No charge and was allowed to keep the item I didn't order. Just fantastic customer service. I can not stress that enough.

New to airbrushing and bought entire Grex combination. Is everything as advertised and delivery was quick and easy. Answered a question that I had in a timely fashion.

My first and last purchase from Chicago Airbrush. I received a very misleading email about a 15% discount which prompted my purchase. Unfortunately, my purchase did not qualify! When I called to voice my displeasure I was offered a 7% discount. I placed my order in excess of $250.00, but, when my order was processed, they would not honor their offer of a 7% discount. They obviously made the offer to get me to place my order. When I told them I would be returning the purchased items, I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee if I refused or returned the order. Not an honorable company to do business with...NEVER AGAIN will they get my money.

when I called, a person answered and explained trouble shooting and recommended tips for cleaning and servicing my airbrush, thanks guys.

The shipping is always on time. All products come exactly how the are described. Their customer service is top notch. I have only had one problem and it was resolved instantly. This store does EVERYTHING right - from the quick shipping to the best prices and detailed customer service. They are friendly and go out of their way to see your needs are met. They have great communication whether letting you know your order has shipped and giving you a tracking number or answering your questions. Gustavo always takes such good care of me, I couldn't imagine wanting to shop anywhere else....and believe me, I can be a pain in the wahtoosie, if you know what I mean. I am very particular about ingredients, sizes etc... but I always get what I want.

I order many stuff which included 4 aluminum panels. All 4 of them where drastically bent on one corner. I contact customer service right away and 3 days later I got 4 undamaged panels without issues. great service and competitive prices.

Had the Badger 105 airbrush I wanted and with the sale going on it was by far the lowest price online. Came quick too so can't complain. 5 stars!

If your don't know airbrushes, what you may or may not need, your customer service is absolutely terrible. I mean, I have never experienced worse. I called 8 times, 3 time I waited longer than 15 minutes on the phone, to ask about a bottle attachment compatibility and received no information. I know, this is simple a simple thing. I should have been the responsible customer, and called the manufacturer or looked on youtube. And, I received no response and no call back....EVER! Not even a "whoops", "We are so sorry, we are soo busy, and we are so sorry that we missed the opportunity to help you".....NOTHING.

The e-mail follow-up provided by your organization was pretty impressive. I believe I received 3 - 4 e-mails during the first 48 hours following my on-line purchase. The items arrived on time, intact, and were the exact parts I was expecting. I will definitely call your first when and if needed.

I was sent a airbrush needle that was not what was ordered or what was labeled on the package. The needle does not work with my airbursh as it is not the right size. Just spent 14.11 plus shipping for nothing.
