i orderd a shirt last week for my birthday party from chicgostyle.com. When i received the shirt, i was fully satisfied from this service. The quality of shirt was very good. and the price was very low. The design of shirt was very beautiful and latest. and the size was very fit. When i have wear the shirt i was look like a hero. I’m really disappointed. I ordered 1 dress 2 month ago. Didn’t get her. They charged me for another item that I didn’t ordered and I didn’t got a refund. It’s just not fair. Feeling really frustrated.

Hi..! I just got my parcel from Chicago Style. It is a great place when it comes to experiencing online shopping. This site has a huge variety to select from. Marvelous products. This site offers a very fast delivery at your doorstep. I ordered a shirt and found a smallest issue in it. I contacted their support team and they exchanged me that shirt immediately with a gift as well. This small gesture from them is highly appreciated.

I ordered a spaghetti strap lace plain T-Shirts in this site. It is a long story for me, 10 days later I received it try it immediately, it is soft and in good quality, but the issue is a little bit small, I send the pictures to them, they advised me to return it and change it for a bigger one, I did that and in a week, I received the new one, it is perfect for me and I love it so much. I will choose a pair of pants to match.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY! I ordered an woolly over sized below knee length grey cardigan to recieved in the post a small tiny waist lined flimsy cardigan. Asked for a refund and they expect me to pay for delivery back to China and kept offering me 10 usd cash coupons. Despite me paying over 40 pound for this cardigan. The admin reply’s seem as if they do not even read your emails or understand English unlesS it’s an automated reply each time of cash coupons! Do not make same mistake as me and order from here unless you want conned!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Makes you order twice because first order will seem like it did not go through. So you end up having 2 orders of the same item.
They charge you twice but gets to deliver only one order.
You follow up and they will keep telling you that 2nd order is on its way. Even giving a tracking number that is non existent. Finally, after a month or two, they say item is lost, and hence, they will refund your money.
You wait for the refund. After several months, they will say refund has been processed. I even provided all credit card bills for succeeding months to prove there was no refund processed. Then they say, item is again on its way. In short, they confuse the client and give them the runaround.
This company gives products that are low in quality. Customer service is extremely bad.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY.
Pls note that there is a similarity in the tone of reviews with 5 stars. Seems like they have mastered the art of deception that extends,all the way to trust pilot.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THAT GIVES THE IMPRESSION THAT IT IS A BRITISH COMPANY with office in London when orders are being shipped from china.

Firstly, it took almost 4 weeks to arrive. Now I wish it hadn’t arrived!
The product is not at all what it looks like in the picture!
I have emailed twice, but no response.
The product is quite expensive to buy, but looks and feels cheap and tacky.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Total fraud. The clothes are horrible. They will say you can return items, but you will need to pay the shipping costs to return to China. They only responded to me once PayPal was involved and then they left my items in Customs so it wouldn't have to be refunded. I also paid for Express Shipping, but my items took 3 weeks to arrive and they did not accept my cancellation of the order. Don't trust this company!

When I first pulled this out of the package I thought the material seemed thin but when I finally put it on I realized it's so comfortable, soft and still holds shape while being cute and warm. Not completely opaque but not really see through either. Really in that comfortable medium. With something like this you have to expect to wear something under it anyway. 5 stars.

I ordered a swimsuit from Chicago Style, which perfectly reproduces what you see in the picture, qualitatively cool, cool vivid colors, the shipment came within 14 days until I was shocked that so quickly. Very nice service and quick answers.

My husband gifted me a Plain Sweater. I am very happy after got Sweater, I never accepted we got this product with the lowest price. I love chicgostyle website.

I ordered a long tall cardigan and got a very short one. Instead off wending me the right one I have to return the wrong item (return on my cost and very expensive). Chicgostyle offers $10 dollars for the next order but I payed $38 for a cardigan that I didn’t order and which I’m never gonna wear. Never another offer for my at Chicgostyle. The’re not Chic at all....
